Food was mediocre. What really bothered me was the bartender Madi was offering free drinks in exchange for good reviews. No integrity . Plus this place doesn’t have set days that they are open . They seem to just open when they feel it . Also they don’t accept cash . No cell phone reception. If you want good food and honest service go to M.L Rose or Burger Republic

I had a wonderful experience at Burger Theory thanks to Madi. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and truly skilled at making great drinks. Her ability to balance excellent customer service with perfectly crafted cocktails made the experience even better. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests and takes pride in her work. I’ll definitely be back and hope to be served by her again!

Walked up to the bar from my hotel room and there was one couple at the bar and no one else there. Asked the bartender for a drink, She scoffed at me and said no and walked away and started tending hand and foot to the one couple at the bar.

Bartender is always attentive, great personality, multiple stays over the past year. Last month stayed and ate at the bar just because of her customer service. Bar fairly busy 6 top on bar and two tables in lounge. Handled it flawlessly. Certainly will be back. Burger was solid.

Service and food were both outstanding. The food was fresh and well seasoned, restaurant was clean, staff was friendly and attentive, atmosphere was laid back. Perfect spot to grab a bite with my wife and we will definitely be back. No need at all to let it being attached to a hotel be a deterrent.
