Food wasn't good, it was cold and waited for somebody to come to counter. No customers in restaurant at 5:30. Will not go back.

The WORST location in Wilson county. They’re happy to hand you a bag, and let you drive away with the partial order you paid for. No care here, AVOID. Don’t worry, you’ll have plenty of room to back up to the order window and request the rest of the food you paid for. Nobody is in that car line.

Sat in drive through 20 minutes for a 8 dollar meal and a 3 dollar sweet tea. The lady at drive through was nice but literally talked to car in front of me 15 to 20 mins . Tell them to pull up pull around or something. Spent whole lunch break at drive through window

Good luck getting feed here!!! Food took forever and was hard and cold after waiting at least 20 minutes. Asked for money back and they didn’t give it all back. Tried to short me ten dollars!

Just went to this store and was the only car in the drive thru. Waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order which never happened at the speaker. So thinking it was out of service, drove to the window. A worker claiming they couldn’t take my order because they were off the clock, but carrying a couple buckets back and forth said someone else would take care of me. So after sitting about 10 minutes, a gentleman that obviously didn’t want to be there, said, What do you want.
I placed my order and he took my payment, never offering a receipt. After waiting 25 minutes, and 3 vehicles behind me, leaving because they were tired of waiting, I finally got my food. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that there wasn’t any there.
Needless to say, the food was cold and the chicken was old and dried out. The fish was watery, the green beans were too salty and so were the fries.
Needless to say, I wasted almost $30.00 dollars and couldn’t even eat what was paid for and the absolute worst service ever had.
We will NEVER return.

I had sampler platter it was total garbage dried out and missing items service in the drive thru was very slow with nobody in front but people leaving behind for long wait.

We just went through the drive-thru and waited about 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us to take our order. My husband ordered the grilled salmon, but the employee told us they weren’t offering any grilled meals at the moment. The staff member wasn’t helpful at all, and to make things worse, there were no other customers there—so there was really no reason for the long wait or poor service.
Broccoli & corn was inedible. Shift Mgr sat in eating area the whole time, loudly talking on his phone & irritating guffaws!!

So normally when you buy a certain amount of food and pay extra you get it… not at this captain d’s… I ordered the 4 piece catfish plate. I got 3 and the 3 I got was HALF of a fish! I been to captain ds all across the US, traveling for work. And I know what size the fish are that I have ordered EVERY TIME. They only had two workers in there, and I was the ONLY one waiting on an order! You would think people would understand that we WORK hard for what we buy!

I have since decided to change my review. My last experience wasn’t very good. This is what they gave us for a 2 piece catfish meal. Tasted terrible.

Placed my order online while sitting in the parking lot said it would be ready in 15 minutes well 15 minutes later I go in and my order isn’t ready they hadn’t even started it! The “manager” was rude and unapologetic! If it had been busy I would have understood but they weren’t busy at all! I’ve lived in mt Juliet for 20+ years and it makes me sad to see how far this location has fallen!
