Well, I’ll give ’em this—the place sure is pretty. Hostess was sweet as pie. But then the service? Like watchin’ paint dry. Sat there long enough to question my life choices before someone finally wandered over lookin’ lost. Took my order, only to mosey back later and inform me—no ribs. None. Whole dang restaurant, and no ribs. Son orders a chicken salad, and somehow that means fried chicken salad. Guess the picture of the grilled chicken on the menu was just a friendly suggestion. Soggy croissants with some kind of fake honey butter, my drink was a watered-down disappointment, and 30 minutes of my life I’ll never get back. Ain’t goin’ back unless they pay me to.

The service is terrible, it's a shame the food is excellent, because we have eaten at Cheddar's in Smyrna, the service is excellent and by the way they never gave us the entrance that the restaurant always gives.

Seated quickly. Slow service, might have been a newer server. Food was hot and good. Would definitely return when in the area.

Wife and i both order the lenon and pepper chicken, was so chewy literally like rubber. Extremely overcooked we could eat it. We also order mashed potatoes with no gravy, didn't get them call stored ad went back up there they brought it out with white gravy on them instead of brown. Weird but okay so we just left. Won't go back

Absolutely not. I ordered my curbside order at 10:09 ( pickup was at 10:40 ) We were waiting in the car for 20+ minutes , and we saw multiple workers walking right past the curbside window … We even saw a lady look straight at us and we still waited for the time we did . I wish they would’ve texted and said the order was delayed . That would’ve made me feel way better . I also didn’t get my $3 + drink I ordered with my meal .

Racist ppl work here. Was told there were no ribs available while ordering so after I left I called to check and the lady over the phone told me they had ribs. I will never return here. If your black avoid this place.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE. Our waiter was so rude; he was rushing us through the order process, very disinterested in us. He then comes back to the table and says there’s no green beans ready? We had to order something else. We both had ordered the vegetable plate. I had to order the seasoned rice instead of green beans as one of the sides. The order finally got to the table with the different sides not even matched correctly to each of our orders. The rice was absolutely disgusting. Clumpy and cold. We were then told the Broccoli Cassarole was “not ready yet”. It was delivered to the table when we were done eating. The potato soup put one of us at urgent care WITH FOOD POISONING. We know that is what it was by urgent care confirmation and the only thing the two of us ate differently was this soup. TRAVELERS BEWARE DO NOT EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT UNLESS YOU WANT A TRIP AND BILL FROM URGENT CARE AND TO BE UP ALL NIGHT THROWING UP AND HAVING MASSIVE DIARRHEA. This is fair warning for locals too. RUINED one full day of limited time of house hunting.

As usual, our pick up order was missing a side dish. I wouldn't have posted if it was first or second time. Check your order before leaving.

Not great, not good. We were promptly seated, but our server didn't greet us with a drink. We had to "call the server" off the iPad on the table.
-our food was cold
-food also took forever for it to arrive... considering how empty the place was
-they forgot the milk for my son's meal
-garlic bread was rock hard
-it was freeeeezing inside, had to eat with our jackets on
-they got my wine order wrong
-the server who had the section next to us was sweeping the seats... causing broom dust and dirt and who tf knows all around us
-now I see it was empty for a reason

Unfortunately our first and last time at this location. We came in to make a to go order and were told to sit at the bar in order to be helped. we sat at the bar and a lovely woman sat after us to also get a to go order. the bartender with purple/red hair and a rose with a dagger tattoo came to take the orders and went to the woman first instead of us. thankfully, the woman spoke up and told her we arrived before her and our orders should be taken first. the bartender made almost a sour face expression then came to write our orders on the notepad. we told her exactly what we wanted and watched what she wrote. then she took the other woman’s order and continued bartending. it literally took the kitchen over an hour to bring both our to go orders. we walked in at 5 and didn’t get our food until almost 6:10, red flag #1. they also brought the woman’s food out first even though we gave our order first and arrived first. red flag #2. the whole time we all were waiting for our orders, the bartender never once asked if we wanted a glass or water or something. we were actually thirsty but she clearly didn’t care. she made sure to check on every single other person dining in, though. it was incredibly rude and not customer service like at all. they finally brought our order and guess what!! IT WAS THE WRONG ORDER! i told the bartender no cheese and no ranch on my chicken wrap. guess what was on there :) we ordered 2 different crispy wraps and they gave my bf a grilled one :) so we had to flag a manager down to get assistance. the manager woman with glasses was sweet and helpful, but it still took too long for the to go orders and still long for it to be corrected. she gave us our food corrected on the house (as they should) but definitely will not go back to this location. go to hendersonville, they wont do you wrong.
Always good food! Service is always a hit or a miss!

Cheddar's do the city of MJ a favor and close the doors of this location! Every time I go I feel like I'm witnessing a hostage situation with the poor employees. Sunday lunch, we sit down and a very sweet girl comes and takes our drink order. She informs us there is no ice. No ice? After getting our room temperature tea we order a spinach dip and onion rings. She comes back and says no spinach dip and the kitchen is having a hard time so 20-30 minutes for onion rings. We should have left then, but I guess we are gluttons for punishment. I overheard other tables being less then kind to this poor girl so we just smile and say ok. We order our food. She comes back a few minutes later and says no broccoli casserole. I had ordered a veggie plate with two servings. She brings a menu I pick something else. She comes back again, no potato soup. I tell her go to the kitchen and find out what they do have and pick something. No need to come back. I'll eat whatever you bring me. I just want my kids to get fed and to not make this girl cry. Nearly an hour later burnt onion rings and cold food came. We choked it down and asked for the check. Before she would bring the check she wanted the manager to talk with us. We told her it wasn't necessary, but she insisted. And we wait.... and wait some more... By this time we have been here for 2 hours. The manager Jennifer finally gets done chatting up employees and laughing it up in the employee area (10ft from our table) She comes over, is less then apologetic, asks if we received everything we ordered and begrudgingly offered to buy the burnt onion rings. We just want our bill. We do this song and dance every 2-3 months and it never changes. At this point it's our fault for giving our money away!!!
