Ordered to go with a pickup time of 5 on a Sunday. Steak and chicken with fries and broccoli cheddar casserole, buffalo chicken wraps with broccoli and crescent rolls. The order came out at 5 exactly. Got home and noticed that the steak was cooked when it was too cold- burnt on the outside, nearly raw on the inside. Both broccoli and cheddar sides had entire pieces of broccoli as opposed to chopped pieces. The chicken tenders were crunchy but obviously fried well in advance of the order. The fries were limp and cold. The buffalo chicken wraps had next to no cheese or buffalo sauce on them. The croissants were overcooked and crumbly. Paid an extra $1 for extra ranch and got two cups. I called and the manager said they would refund the order by the end of the night. That refund never happened. Quality has gone down hill and the manager did not follow through with a refund.

Very slow service. We waited over 40 mins for 2 entrees and kid tenders. Food is okay.

I will not be going back to cheddars after waiting for 15 minutes for our waitress to come over to take our DRINK order. It was just 2 of us. She had passed by us and said one minute, passed by us many times after and still did not take our drink order. She even went and served customers at the bar even though we had been sitting there waiting. When she eventually came to our table, we told her that we are just gonna leave. She had long black hair. I do not recommend cheddars unless you’re willing to wait 20 minutes just to order drinks.

Best thing about my visit was the waitress. I now know why the ribs are cheap. They're terrible. Can you say Bazooka Joe Bubble Gum. Worst than the ribs in Hendersonville. No more for me. Not to mention my sister and our friends steak wasn't cooked correctly the first time.. Stacy thanks for your attentiveness. $156 and it was crap all the way around.

Placed our order on line, food was ready at the specified time and everything was warm, and well prepared much like it would have been if we had eaten at restaurant. Quality food, reasonably priced, great service.

Music was terrible. Country the entire time!!! Our server, Lisa was wonderful. She did say the music was mixed but it was awful Country throughout our lunch. Spinach dip was cold and had to get sent back. The second time around it was good. Salsa was good. Raspberry tea mixed with peach was really good and I had two glasses. Our buffalo chicken wrap sandwich was cold but we didn't sai anything and the well done fries were mushy.

You may get great service if you are a certain group of people. The food took forever to come out. I literally waited 45 minutes for my food to arrive. I saw certain groups of families be seated way after me and received their food with a smile way before me. The waitress said that the manager would Comp my meal, but when the manager came to the table and saw what I looked like, she never mentioned anything about discounting my meal. Meanwhile, the couple right across from me experienced a long wait time for their food, and the manager immediately came over and told them that their meal would be free. Of course that couple didn’t look like me “If you know what I mean”. I will never go to Cheddars in Mt. Juliet EVER again!!!!!!!! And the sad part about it is, that was my favorite restaurant…….Oh well… guess I’ll find a new restaurant (But not in racist Mt. Juliet).

My family came here tonight and were seated. Not a busy night for them, with several empty tables. We sat at our table for over 15 minutes and not a soul came by. We got up and left, taking our business elsewhere. Very disappointing.

We came to Cheddar's restaurant at first time and waiting time is so long around 8 to 10 minutes 1 waitress came and greet us and allotted table. Food is average need to improve for it more on seasoning. We order trio combo meal, spaghetti lasagna. Garlic bread is good soft and cheese burger without beef patties they didn't slightly melted cheese slice. Gave me cold cheese slice with burger bun. We ordered sweet tea and served with 1 st time on correctly and asked with refill back sweet tea she came served with us on after 15 mins unsweetened tea. Almost finished our dinner so I didn't requested to change for it. Service was bit slow. I understand only 3 waitress only taking care of whole restaurant. Atmosphere was good.
