Just a bad experience.. the man that was manager the store at the time doesn't care about the customer. Seem he just cares about numbers. My order was rang wrong. The guy who.made the order noted it. I told the lady that tried to give me my food. The next person that attempted to give me my food didnt give me enough sandwiches. They did my refund for one sandwich and instead of waiting for me sandwich to be made I was waiting for I watch the manager pull one out of the window and hand it to the person maning the window. Well they hand me the wrong sandwich. At this point I got my sandwich and left. My mistake thinkingnafternrepeating my order 3 times that it would have been correct. Its really disappointing were the service has went with the younger generations.

The service was great but the food tasted like it was left overs, they messed up my order and my experience was overall sad.

Disappointing all around. While the staff was nice, the food was horrible. The fries were so hard it hurt biting into them and cold. The sandwich was cold and there was black residue on the ice. Complete waste of money.

Suggestion, I parked by the Panara's and walked in to get a lemonade & peppermint shake. I got them & headed back to my truck. As I walked across the grassy area to cross the road my left foot caught on a tree stump in the grass. I fell over the curb & onto the pavement. I am ok, maybe a little embarrassed. Please consider having the stump ground below the surface to avoid this accident from happening again.

Last few times I've came here you have to repeat your order in the drive through like 4 times before they finally get it right.

How many negative reviews does it take before this corporate location takes advice from the franchise owners and changes things up!? STOP GOING TO CORPORATE LOCATIONS AND MAKE THE DRIVE TO A FRANCHISE LOCATION THATS OWNED BY SOMEONE LOCAL THAT CARES ABOUT CUSTOMERS! Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would have even the smallest negative thing to say about Chick-Fil-A, and I have been to locations all across mainland USA. My family and I have started a tradition of going every Saturday morning for chicken minis at the Cookeville location where we live and have never been disappointed, along with the several random visits throughout the week to eat. We joked our daughter was going to come out the womb as a chicken mini because of how often my wife and I ate them, and since she was born over a year ago it is one of the only places she’ll consistently eat every time we go. Not once have I ever been let down even the slightest, until I visited the Mt. Juliet location, and it seems like I’m not alone. Everybody knows that none of the locations put enough honey butter on the chicken minis, it’s almost like they use a dropper to put a drop on each one, so we always order a side cup of honey butter to dip them in. I went through the drive through here and ordered the same way I have in every single state in the southeast, chicken minis just the entree and a side cup of honey butter. The guy rings it up, I pay and pull around. The next employee hands me my bag and I check it like always because they sometimes forget, aaaand no cup of honey butter. That’s alright, sometimes they misread the comment that the worker taking orders put in and put extra honey butter on the minis themself. Nope. I ask the worker for an extra side cup, ā€œlet me ask if we can do thatā€. I wait and wait, she finally comes back and says they can’t. Alright well they are super busy maybe the person she asked said no without actually thinking about it because I’ve NEVER been told no when asking for a side of honey butter. I pull around, run inside where they aren’t as busy to ask the worker at the register. She asks and says ā€œno we don’t do that hereā€. Well that’s crazy, I’ve been to almost 100 different locations and never heard that. I even offered to pay for it if need be because they aren’t the same without it. If the person that took my order told me they couldn’t do it then I wouldn’t have ordered here and went to the next location. The person proceeded to tell me that the reason they couldn’t and the almost 100 other locations I’ve been to could was because this location was corporate owned, they don’t do the extra things like that for customers and don’t have a button to ring it up. From what I know, none of the locations have a button to ring it up. They put in the comment section for the order ā€œside of honey butterā€, put a scoop in a cup and give it to me with the food. Extremely disappointed with the lack of effort put into going above and beyond for paying customers. Thank goodness I was just passing through for work and that this isn’t the location closest to my home, seems like some of the other disappointed reviewers aren’t so lucky to live within a couple miles of a location as amazing as the Cookeville TN location. I’m sure it goes without saying, but I will never be back to this ā€œcorporateā€ location.

Smoosh. What good is a salad with no dressing. Our order is never right when a salad is ordered.

Let me start by saying companies who truly stand behind our veterans are a step above the rest. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with this location.

I stopped by tonight as this Chic-Fil-A location advertised through their Facebook page offering a meal to veterans with their military ID. Upon placing my order inside, I was notified that it only applies to active duty members, not veterans... On Veteran's Day. I was caught off guard, so I just paid for my meal and left. Upon getting home and questioning whether I was going crazy, I looked at this location's Facebook page to see that it did in fact apply to Veterans in their actual post.

I'm honestly not worried about the meal itself, but am disappointed on principle alone. How can you advertise supporting Veterans to gain positive exposure in Mt. Juliet, only to deceive us Veterans when we actually show up to your business. Please do better y'all!

For the second time in a few weeks span I am now having to drive all the way back because they left a whole 12 count of nuggets out of my bag. On the receipt so I paid for it, they just didn’t put it in the bag. This Chick-fil-A has almost never gotten our entire order correct. From now on we will be sitting at the drive through window taking our time going through each item to make sure it’s all there.

I walked in the door and the line was so long. We sat at a table and had to wait 4 minutes to order lunch on the app. We ordered on the app at 10:30 AM and at 10:56 AM the manager processed a refund. The issue here is communication. They brought the tray of food but no drinks or side sauces all ordered at the same time. I was never told I was getting a refund, plus the drinks and food. I won’t go back to the mismanaged Chick-fil-a!
