Why serve a paying customer burnt food that will ruin their meal? I don't understand the logistics behind workers serving paying customers burnt food. My question is, would you eat this? No! I called and complained right afterwards. I was already on the highway and didn't have time to turn around to go back to get a refund or ask if I could get another biscuit made correctly. I understand the rush, but I also know I can wait for quality food.

We come here all the time because we live super close, but we came through for dinner last night. Ordered on the app, (kids meal & adult meal) came through drive through, got home & realized they had left out the entire adult meal (sandwich). Called them, they said to come back so I did and there were like 5 other people with messed up orders. They just gave me the sandwich and I went home but it would have been nice to get a coupon or something for the inconvenience of having to drive all the way home, back there, and back home again. Sandwich wasn’t honestly good enough to make it worth driving all the way back.

Normally we always eat Chick-fil-A once a week, and unfortunately this is the only one near us, but this Chick-fil-A is getting worse and worse, they forget the straw for the milkshake, they forget the sauces, they forget the toy that comes with the children's meal, sometimes they also forget part of the meal and we have to go back to get it. Not to mention the times that the fries are getting smaller and smaller, in a few days there will be no fries

FOOD POISONING!!! This location has been on a landslide the last year or so and to top it off they’re now giving customers food that result in salmonella and food poisoning. The last year the orders have been consistently wrong, no sauce, cold or undercooked food. A thorough promise to never return.
