Not the normal chic-fil-a experience. Employees need to refresh on compnay standards and guidelines. I.e asking my name for my order, asking for sauces, and of course the time old "my pleasure" were all missing. Food was made well and looked great!!!

I am not sure why this store is so stingy with sauces. I pay $40 for a sandwich combo and nuggets combo, ask for 10 sauces to dip sandwich, nuggets and fries and always only end up with two sauces total. It clearly states on the bag how many I have requested… and I have paid more than enough. I have complained numerous times but no one cares. Can’t even get anyone on the phone.. you have to drive all the way there to talk to anyone. Won’t be ordering from them again.

This place has the slowest drive-thru at 5:30 a.m. Even though they open at 5. :00. This is my third morning here and every time I've been in the drive-thru line for over a 15-minute wait on the way to work. Absolutely unacceptable

Cayden was very rude to my girlfriend when she asked for a cup of water while waiting for her DoorDash order. A cup of water is free and he told her they charge!! For water??? Everytime we go there we ask for a cup of water while waiting and the other employees give us water with smiles and their PLEASURE but he was trying to charge her for water lol he’s funny. His customer service was A double snakes 👎🏽

This location always gets my order wrong. Case in point, I ordered a diet Dr Pepper and they gave me a regular Dr Pepper. Last time I was there, I ordered grilled nuggets and they gave me fried nuggets. I understand the occasional mishap with getting orders wrong but this happens every time I go to this location. I have frequent other Chick-fil-A in the past and this is the only one that continually gets my order wrong.

App glitches constantly, removed an entire entree off of my order today when I submitted. The people in the drive thru usually repeat your order to make sure you’re not missing anything (and this would have prevented this entire issue) but this guy just walked off after I told him my name. 20 mins later, I get to the window and point out that I’m missing my salad on my order. They tell me I will have to place another order and go to the back of the drive thru line to pick it up or park and come inside. Why would I have to wait another 20 mins for a PREMADE salad???

On top of today’s issue, last week I just swung by the drive thru to order a water. I had my card out ready to pay as I knew they charged for water. The girl in the drive thru reassured me that water is free and laughed at me for thinking they charged (which I have bought water multiple times here and have ALWAYS been charged). I put my card away and get to the window and the guy acted like I was the one arguing that the water was free, so I had to pull my wallet back out of my purse and fish for my card again. At that point, if someone that works at the store WRONGLY tells a customer that something is free, you shouldn’t even bother charging them. Again, less mad that they’re charging for water because I already knew that, more mad that they acted like I was trying to refuse to pay for it.

This location used to have excellent customer service and always seemed proactive about preventing mistakes, but it’s obvious that this is no longer their priority.
