Ordered 2 bowls last night and haven’t left the bathroom since 5am because of food poisoning.
Will never come back here again.

Placed call in order and pick up time was at 4:30pm. I arrived at 4:30 and they had not even started the order. I got the order at 4:40. This location had 1 couple eating their meal. While sitting inside, 3 individuals ordered in person and left with their food. I was told 1 person working mobile orders and 3 just standing around serving no one. Please teach your team to help each other. Who was managing this team at this time and not shifting payroll to the area that is busy!

To me if you go at 11:00 a.m. Fresh food but I went at 6:30 p.m. that was bare minimal food out bare minimal salsa left bare minimum everything left not only did they have very little to offer at 6:30 p.m. when I asked for a order off their menu the girl didn't even know what to put in it without me specifically breaking down everything that's in it so they don't understand their own menu That's not good service So no I won't be going back I will be making my own

This location is fast and efficient. The workers at the window are not chatty but they are nice. There's only been one guy who has been rude and I just matched his energy and was able to get through the transaction. Recently the food has been a little inconsistent in terms of freshness but the Guacamole is always good.

Went in and ordered a chicken bowl. When I was served a minuscule amount of of chicken, I asked for just a little more, which they provided. Upon getting ready to pay, it was about $5 more than usual. I asked why and they charged me for double chicken. I told them I did not order double chicken and was not going to pay for something I didn't order. They offered no resolution so I walked out. I guess they just tossed it in the trash. What they are doing is an unethical business practice. I won't be going back to this location.

This location sounds be shut down. They give Chipotle a bad name. Employees have negative attitudes like they are being bothered, they don't give you the same portions as other locations and their food is not as fresh as other locations. I've come here 4 times hoping for different, it's the same every time. Almsk for the manager, when you see him, you'll know why is a crap location.

First time at a Chipotle. I dont normally allow others to prepare my food. It was a nice experience and good food. Staff was nice and friendly. Met all of my needs

I came in around 8 pm after working a long shift and a work out in which I was absolutely famished. Jack greeted me right when I came in, was very kind which for whatever reason isn’t the norm lately at other places you go. This has to be one of the cleanest Chipotle’s I’ve seen in a long time. I was impressed!

I had a disappointing experience at this location. The staff were rude and difficult to communicate with while ordering. The food was unexpectedly spicy—far more than what I’ve received at other locations where this same dish has no heat at all.
What appeared to be the manager on duty displayed unprofessional and unsanitary behavior. When assisting a cashier with a question, he placed containers (that should have been refrigerated) directly on the floor instead of a counter or back in the fridge. I also observed him eating chips and guacamole directly from the assembly line area.
Additionally, several employees behind the counter were behaving inappropriately, which made the overall atmosphere uncomfortable and unprofessional.
This location is in serious need of management oversight, employee training, and enforcement of proper health and safety standards.

The negative reviews for this location are nearly endless, and all the location can do is GIVE A WEBSITE TO COMPLAIN TO AGAIN? It's highly doubtful that they are not getting negative feedback through internal channels, so it’s not a huge leap to believe that there is poor leadership, poor hiring, poor training, poor attitude and poor follow through here. It's how dining establishments falter and ultimately FAIL. This is an easy fix, if you actually care.

Portion size varies but quick service. There's never a line. Drive thru is usually fast. Orders are always accurate for order ahead. Quality of food varies.

It’s so sad, because Chipotle being everywhere now you never know if it’s going to be good and now we almost always avoid it. This Chipotle specifically pays 0 attention to food quality, cleanliness and just overall experience. The food isn’t good at all anymore, the standards are just very different than other Chipotles, there’s always 100% guaranteed the chance you’ll get some nasty chicken. The restaurant itself is always dirty, bathrooms, floors, tables, everything.
This use to be my go-to, and unfortunately you can’t find people who care about serving their customers anymore.
