this is actually the best chipotle in the area they are nice and don’t skimp on meats. I don’t know what has happened to most chipotles they suck but this one is still pretty good

I used to love coming to this Chipotle location because of Madhavi. They always went above and beyond to make sure orders were accurate, the service was friendly, and the experience was top-notch. Unfortunately, since they’ve left, the quality of service has noticeably declined. My recent visits have been disappointing—orders are often incorrect, the staff seems less engaged, and the overall vibe just isn’t the same. I hope management can step up and bring back the level of care and attention that Madhavi provided. Until then, I’ll be looking for other options.

Went inside for lunch at 11:15 when everything should have been fresh. Ordered the burrito bowl double chicken and the chicken was so terribly dried out that it was getting stuck in between my teeth while chewing. God awful. Shame on you for trying to sell off the previous day’s leftovers 😡

I would give zero stars if possible. I had a large order and staff was impatient. They were passing each order down the line so quickly then becoming frustrated when the order had to be passed back the other way. I ended up having to get several things on the side at the end of the line when I should have been able to have the toppings placed in the burrito and bowls if staff would have not been on such a hurry which created chaos for the rest of the line.

This location is HORRIBLE!!! The food was OLD nothing was fresh, they were out of Chicken, and pulled chicken from the back. Which I asked for Double protein and did NOT receive that.
The people working were RUDE and it was very obvious that the manager was not there.
This location has gone down drastically with food quality, employees, and everything.

We got a gift card for Christmas and haven't been to Chipotle in a while. The Carnita bowl was really good. The chips were overcooked which is the reason for 4 * .. Excellent Coke!!

I saw an employee come in from outside (using the front entrance) and resume working without cleaning his hands. He handled the serving trays, and plastic silverware while also mopping. On 2/20

The black beans are clumpy and I asked for fresh batch. She came back still with CLUMPY black beans on my rice. Never ordering from this location again.
