Never eat at Chipotle before. With all the hype I was a bit disappointed. Just another Burito place a little more upscale for a price. Service was really not that friendly, just wanted to process me fast. Little short on parking.Parking: Had to park in Cheddars lot.

Customer service was amazing, I wasn’t satisfied with the food, I got a birria burrito, and they barely gave me any meat!! The lady was extra careful on making sure I didn’t get a lot of meat, the total was $18.00 just for the burrito, I went to another chipotle in Lavergne and the same burrito was waaaaaay bigger and $15.00. How’s the price different but same company n burrito?

Never fails. Online orders are garbage. So disappointing, especially for the price point. My salad was missing the CHICKEN, the protein and main thing you are paying for lmao wth??? Was in the store one day and someone else was so frustrated by their online order. I now know why.

Last two times have been poor and won’t waste another dollar here. This last time they didn’t have chicken up front so the lady went to the back and came back with a tiny serving that looked like it was left over fat pieces. Asked for shredded cheese and she gave me a tablespoon size. This place sucks. Not worth your money.
Tried Chpotle for the first time, very impressed. Jose working the counter very helpful, made recommendations on the questions I asked. Tacos, Salsa(Red Spicy) chips. Everything I ordered & tasted very good, will DEFENFITLY be back.

Several female staff that work at this location always have a nasty and unprofessional attitude like they don't want to do their job. I received horrible service from Jessica today who claimed to be the manager. I ended up cancelling my order due to the bad experience. I visited around 3 p.m. today, Dec. 28th 2023. I will be contacting corporate.

Please wipe your counter down!!!!!Food and service were great. I was not happy with the way the counter was where they were making the food. The place was busy as always but you still have to wipe the counter down. There was food all over the counter do they realize there bowl are made of carton and when you do not wipe down the counter the bowls get dirty with guac and sour cream. NOT Good!!!!
