3. Not only was the amount of food little, it had barely any chicken, maaaaybe 6 pieces in total, and definitely was not the advertised amount of protien they promote.

Staff was slow and did not seem interested in customers. Check out couldn't make change so no change was given. The manager was very young and was absolutely no help. After leaving this store we looked at menu and realized our meals were shorted on the chips and drinks included with meal. Will never go back.

We have been eating here since they opened and it has consistently gone down hill, last night was the final straw. I ordered my normal salad and it did not even fill up the bowl. We found out after ordering they were out of white rice and it would be 20 minutes to get more....How does a texmex place run out of white rice. I asked for one meat and got another type. The grilled veggies were chard to a crisp.
The restaurant has continued to be dirtier every time we go in the restaurant. Trash and food on the tables and no one wiping them off.
The staff at one point was very attentive but now half of them are on their phones and the other half are always on break.
I was once very excited for this location to open but last night was the final straw.

Never had any location charge me for getting the sour cream and salsa on the side. But here it’s evidently $1.60 each with the excuse that they charge if they are short on supply. No sign they would do such and by charging does absolute nothing to deter from using the limited supply they have. Need some follow up training at this location.

I love Chipotle. I’ve been eating it consistently about almost once a week for the past 10 years. I will say this is by far one of the worst Chipotle locations ever been to. The employees were nice but the food and the portions are terrible. The steak looks like it’s been sitting out all day and is not fresh. I always order double steak and here it is as if I got a normal portion. All the other reviews say the same thing so I know it’s not just me and they are just ignoring the complaints. I’ve tried this location three separate times and it’s always just as bad. Not worth the money here, go get food somewhere else.

The guy in front of me was complaining how little the portions were for the kid meals he ordered for his children for how expensive it was. He spent 40$ and had about enough food for 2.
The cashier assured him everywhere is expensive and that’s why she dosent eat out or eat here.
Then I thinking it was just because he was ordering for 3, I Spent 31$ for 1 bowl and a Mexican coke. I ordered double meat which I know is a little more but this isn’t double meat. Also it’s pretty much room temperature as is the rest of the bowl. (I’m eating this 5 mins after ordering)

Do not order online from this location. I created an order 20 minutes before designated pick up time, waited in their parking lot 5 minutes prior to pick up. My burrito was 75°F and was obviously made immediately when I placed the order. Coming from someone who works at Chick-fil-A, this is absolutely unacceptable. I should’ve reviewed this store’s rates beforehand. Hermitage does better than this… Despite all of the negativity, this was the greatest wrapped burrito I have ever seen in my life, but the food quality trumped everything. Get it together guys.

When you ask for salad dressing.... they literally give you 3 mm of dressing. So now I literally and shamelessly will ask for 5 dressings to get the equivalent of maybe one serving.
