Came to this location 7min before closing after being turned away at the hermitage location, which closes an hour later, they had everything I wanted, and were super friendly. Told them about my bad experience at the hermitage location and they threw in a bag of chips free! The team and manager at this location are clearly more professional and have a better work ethic. Thank you Mt Juliet chipotle for picking up where the other location failed.
Always great service and great food. I only give the atmosphere 4-stars because there have been multiple times that I had to clean off a spot to sit. I assume this is just because they are always busy and just haven't had time to clean tables. Other than that, 5-stars all the way! Keep up the amazing food and service with a smile!

Disappointing that other locations nearby had bad food and horrible lobbies. This location had the freshest food, lobby was clean, and staff were very professional. Thank you Kendall for the warm welcoming. Customers were in and out but staff stayed on top of keeping everything clean. Found my chipotle location.
