Just had my twin boys 7th birthday party at this location. My husband and I got there about 30mins before the party started so that we can get informed on what the party plan was since this is our first time using your services for a birthday party. We never got stamped at the time of arrival. Our hostess,Julia , was helpful for the most. Our table was cleaned but not set up. The crew was quick to set it up the table, but their name plate was never put up till cake time. The hostess put in our entire food order just before our guests and birthday boys arrived. The kids had a blast playing and eating pizza. The adults food seemed to of taken longer to get out to us and I had to ask for cups for the adults since they were never given to us. The kids ate and needed to go play before all of the adult food was was out which was a little disheartening for the parents that were hungry but need to go keep an eye on their kids as they played. The dance party was super cute and the kids loved it. Poor Chuck E. Had to be helped to the dance floor since the kids seemed to think it was ok to crowd Chuck e. He really should have a helper guide him from his door to the dance floor so that the kids don’t crowd him in an unsafe spot like how they were doing. Cake was awesome. My boys ripped through the presents. Our hostess was on point with the ticket blaster so the twins really enjoyed that. All in all break down was easy payment went smoothly. Picking prizes seemed a little chaotic but there were like 3 or more parties leaving so that’s expected. Now my real issue was when we left. Since we never got stamped and my sister and her family never got stamped we had to show proof that our kids were ours. Now our security experience went smoothly all we had to do was show a picture of our kids before today. Easy and understandable . My sister was not treated well. Tall blonde manning the exit apparently argued with my sister about her kid before demanding proof. I’m not sure what that lady’s issue was with my sister. I really hope she wasn’t racial profiling since my nephew is a darker skin color than my sister. Especially since all she asked us was a photo. I really wished someone was already at the entrance so we could’ve avoided this whole issue. Over all it was a decent experience. Kids had fun, pizza and cake were delicious, sampler was ok, Hostess was good, chuck e was sweet and price was very reasonable. All Security protocols need to be taken though if you’re going to be questioning guest though.
My twin grandsons' birthday party went off without a hitch. The place was clean, and the kids had a great.
Great for the kids to have fun but the food is EXPENSIVE!
Chuck E. Cheese is a lifesaver for parents in the South when the heat index hits triple digits. My daughters love running wild here during those brutal summer months. We usually grab the timed play option since my girls couldn’t care less about tickets or plastic trinkets. That way they play nonstop without stressing over ratios or jackpots.
Surprisingly, the food isn’t half bad. The pizza has real flavor, and while it’s no gourmet pie, it beats most chain spots. The only heartbreak? No Surge. Growing up, that neon rocket fuel was half the magic, and I miss it every visit.
Yes, it’s a bit pricey, but watching my girls light up while they play makes it worth every dime. A place that still lets kids be kids, and parents catch a breather in the A/C, deserves credit.
Great place for kids. They have great deals . Go online for updated deals.
This chuck e cheese was big and not crowded. Kids and adults were able to run around without bumping into each other. Most games worked perfectly. I believe we only had an issue with 2 maybe 3 but the amount of other games and activities made up for it.
We went there for my granddaughter's birthday party and it was phenomenal!

We bought unlimited playtime for our 4 grandchildren and it comes that it was at least 7 machines not working. Dissapointed

A fresh new look for the next generation with the same classic nastalic feels of the Chuck-E-Cheese we all grew up with. Their Birthdays are always a favorite for the kids. They get to enjoy a meet and greet with Chuck-E and a dance party. This location also recently added a small trampoline area. But for my local mama's, you can not beat the great value of the monthly Fun Pass!

If you want to add a trampoline zone, then add an attendant! Have to constantly chase employees down..
Take it down if can’t staff it..
