Had a great breakfast with my mother-in-law and the waitress, very attentive and courteous

Atmosphere felt like a fast food eating area. I got the new cinnamon rolls in skillet. AWFUL!! They tasted like they were freezer burnt and definitely under cooked. I live in Lebanon. Where Cracker Barrel started so sad that you felt that a change would make it better. Food quality has been going down hill for some time. Won't go back!!

I hate their on Friday night got breakfast and told them I wanted my eggs well done no where near half done pancakes tasted like old grease smells never ever going back thanks crackle barrel for a waste of money

While the food and service is excellent as always, I’m not pleased with the new atmosphere and especially the new logo. While a loyal customer, I may have to find someplace where people are not trying to change a great company.

If you order to-go, you might as well not even show up to pick it up until at least 30 minutes AFTER they originally tell you because it’s not going to actually be ready until then.

I ordered carryout for five here a few weeks ago. Food was bland and just about every meal had an item, side, or something important missing. Looks like their new minimalism applies to the food as well.

I don't mind the updated seating or brighter lights. I do mind the removal of the antiques, and the change of the logo. The old man on the sign, represents Uncle Herschel. The new look is stagnant and boring. Cracker Barrel needs to fire the woke CEO before they lose everything. They are changing the historical aspect. Change it back or my family and I won't be back.

The place looks like shit now, don’t recommend going anymore to any of them

I used to go here with my grandparents and it feels like they’ve shoved away all the warmth the place had to make it look like a sterile warehouse now. Truly disappointing. I don’t think my family will be coming back.

Awful awful awful redesign. It looks just like a regular fast food joint. Think of Waffle House with nicer people.
That CEO lady needs to go. She is ruining one of America's last standing institutions.

Why are you changing the logo & remodeling? The old country store should not be putting Modern spins on remodeling. My family makes bi-weekly weekend trips to the Barrel. We will NO longer be customers with these MODERN changes.
