Great ice-cream

Frustrated Customer

Unbelievable establishment. Came here with my mom for dinner after work and the wait was longer than 30 minutes. While ordering, the girl taking our order had an insane attitude and would not let my mom finnish she kept rushing everything. Even after the wait the order was wrong. We went in to fix it and had to wait even longer while the girls were in the back laughing, goofing off and worrying about door dashing themselves Taco Bell! My mom then decided she wanted to get a refund instead of just getting new ones because they were taking forever. They had the audacity to not take initiative to do anything to fix it but they just sat there and stared at us then looked at each other laughing. THEN they started talking crap about my mom for wanting a refund.Then they said they weren’t paying attention because they were trying to focus on closing however they still had time. This is ridiculous and those girls need to find a job that fits their maturity level. Ridiculous. This happened on August 15, 2025 at 10:20pm, three to four girls being rude from the beginning. I will not tolerate immature teens being rude to my mom absolutely not. They need to be fired I am so mad. Respectfully do better Mount Juliet Dairy Queen and especially with your staff!! If I could give 0 to negative stars I absolutely would. They better be lucky I did not speak up to them for treating my mom like that..

Tip: If you miss the Georgia Mud Fudge - pick the Brownie Extreme and add pecans!

These nice folks seemed very busy and they were very apologetic about a very minimal weight and just all around were delightful and helpful. I didn’t get my cheese curds and they definitely made up for it they’re royalty among men they’re awesome I so appreciate my food I just came for the free ice cream and now I’m actually gonna come regularly ilysm guys thank for my tenders and my dilly

TERRIBLE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. How are you out of chocolate ice cream?? The guy at the front had terrible customer service as well. Explain to me how ANTIOCH had better service and more items available? The manager needs to get this place fixed because it SUCKED!

Totally unsatisfactory from the moment we pulled into drive thru. We had to repeat our basic ice cream order to the drive thru employee at least 4 times (2 ice cream cups with sprinkles and 2 small blizzards.). After finally getting to the window to pay, we waited again (total wait time was 20 minutes). Were were given one ice cream with sprinkles and told to pull forward to WAIT AGAIN. Once we got the blizzards and second ice cream , they had all started melting…which was a mess in the car. There were 3 employees we could see and the service did not reflect that at all. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Truly disappointed in Dairy Queen this evening. After spending an hour in the drive through line, I finally paid for my orders (ice cream) and waited an additional 15 minutes, before another attendant told me the machine were down. Not only that but the machines had been funny all day. Yet the two cars in front were aible to get large orders of ice-cream. Very disappointed, I'll guess Baskin robbins is where I'll go from now on.

Third and last time visiting this location!! They never have chocolate soft serve, second time no bananas were available, and service is extremely poor. Where is the management team for this location, something needs to be done or you will continue to loose customers.

Overpriced pre-frozen food, terrible customer service and workers with nasty attitudes. This location has absolutely nothing going for it. Definitely not returning after multiple bad experiences.

Very clean lobby and great service but the Mixing Bowl Mashup Mini left a lot unsaid. Something just tasted a little off about it. I'm not saying the ice cream was soured or anything but something was definitely not right.

2 different people in my car had to repeat ourselves more than once because the girl at the drive through window did not listen. I asked if a pup cup is available to order and she completely ignored my question. One of the 4 chicken strips was so small that it shouldn't have counted as one. The bread was not even toasted. Worst Dairy Queen I had. Start training your workers.

Consistency is key when it comes to this Dairy Queen. Consistently knowing I’ll regret my decision to stop here. Consistently met with attitudes, having to repeat orders, melted ice cream, etc etc. I’m disappointed to say the least. Gal in the drive up had to re-read my order, got it one by one, melted and undercooked. I suppose I’ll torment myself from time to time, just to be met with utter disappointment. I miss even mediocre customer service.
