Where do I start?? I ordered online & received my confirmation email at exactly 2:30. I had scheduled my pickup time for 3:30. I arrived at maybe 3:34, & there was no one out front. I gave them a couple of minutes, then rang the bell. Still no one comes out, so I gave them another couple of minutes, & rang the bell again. Finally a young man comes from the back, but he told me he didn't see my order, & asked if I had placed the order at the other Domino's in Mt. Juliet, which I let him know I had not, that I had placed it there. The young man was able to pull my order up on his register, & asked if I still wanted my order, & I told him yes, so he proceeded to make it. After several more minutes, he told me he was out of Philly steak, which I had ordered on both pizzas, & asked what I would like for him to do, to which I replied for him to replace it with chicken on both pizzas. At that time, I asked about 2 pizzas & what I thought might be an order of bread bites that I saw on the rack next to the pizza oven, but he said it belonged to someone else. (I had ordered 2 large pizzas & some parmesan bread bites). At that point, it had been 40 minutes past the time my order was supposed to be ready, & he was still making the pizzas, so I mentioned a possible discount or refund. I had ordered one of the pizzas with no cheese as my daughter can't have dairy, & noticed that the thin crust pizza he was making had cheese on it, so I reminded him that it was without cheese, & he said he would remake it. (I had mentioned that when we were verifying my order previously). At some point, another worker had returned from a delivery, & I am guessing he was a manager. He asked (again) if I had ordered from the other location, but I told him I had not, as previously mentioned, & showed him my confirmation email that showed the address I ordered at, which was their address. The young guy then must have told this manager or whomever that I asked for a refund, so he calls me back to the counter & asked me if I did want a refund, so I proceeded to explain to him why I thought I needed a discount or refund, but before I could say more than a couple of words, he raised his voice, & yelled, "Do you want the refund or not?!" I said, "Are you getting smart with me??" Then, I told him that no, I didn't want anything at that point, & that me & the young guy were doing fine until he showed up, & for him to cancel my order, & I left. I have since contacted Domino's customer service via email TWICE, but have yet to hear from them at all, & it has been WEEKS since this happened. You don't treat any customer like that, but certainly not one that eats at Domino's as often as we do. I definitely will NOT go back. I would give negative stars, but that's not an option. We used to love Domino's for their pizza & customer service, but apparently they don't care about customers any more.
Don’t even waste your time you will be waiting 2+ hours for your pizza delivered
I ordered a Pizza for delivery and it was ready 45 minutes ago but the status remains in Quality check. It means that they want to deliver in their own time. Why should I pay 6$ delivery charge plus tip amount when they don't serve them hot. Dominos should allow atleast an option to cancel the order if it takes too much time.

This is the absolute worst domino’s. The time to bake a pizza and deliver being 1.5 hours every time is horrendous. From once being the only food that delivers to being one of the worst food deliveries. Order somewhere else. Will be the last time I order from here.
Have ordered delivery twice in the last couple of months. First time, waited 2 hours before I finally just had to go get the food due to lack of drivers. Ordered again today, got a phone call saying they had no drivers again. Basically a useless Domino's if you aren't already going to Walmart.

Placed an online delivery order and waited almost 1 1/2 hours to received it. After waiting over an hour we called the strore to find out what happened. The Deliver person marked it as delivered, but no pizza. When the store was finally able to get in contact with the driver the driver claimed that they delivered and no one answered, and proceeded to argue with us about it.

This place is pathetic. Cant follow simple directions on an order. “No alfredo sauce” means don’t put the sauce. Pretty easy concept. Drivers are no better. Contactless delivery and can’t even ring a doorbell to let us know it’s here. I'm done with this place.

This location has delivered to my house since we moved to Mt. Juliet and now they have decided not to. Staff has been rude about the change. App lets you order for delivery but they will cancel your order without notification.

Will no longer order from this dominoes until this ridiculous $18.00 minimum order stuff is changed. What is the point of me spending money to get a free pizza with your reward system if I then have to spend $28 more just to meet a minimum and tip a driver because you guys can’t keep your money up. Don’t offer delivery service if you need to make a certain amount of money just to get it out the door. Good luck with future business in the walk-in of a Walmart…

I ordered online to have my order delivered. We watched the delivery person online. The delivery time took an hour and 25 minutes. By the food being cooked for so long it was cold. That's even tipping 10 dollars on the bill.

Where to start? It’s in a Walmart. There was only one person working-who was taking cash at the register and making food. I purchased a plain cheese, medium pizza for $10 and the worker told me to come back in 15 mins (touching dirty objects to touching food that people will consume is a great business plan). No receipt given or offered. 15 mins later, I returned, hoping that there wasn’t a shift change and that I’m remembered…I was given a “pizza” that was basically a round piece of cold, dry bread, with a measly sprinkling of cheap, flavorless cheese. The whole thing tasted like cardboard. Costco’s $10 pizza DESTROYS this garbage. If I could give it zero stars, I would. This place SUCKS.

I will no longer tip when I place my order here because every time I do, my food sits at the restaurant for 30 minutes before it's out for delivery. And as someone who doesn't carry cash unfortunately this means no tip. I don't know if they don't care because they get their tip regardless of delivery time, but it's an early monday afternoon and my order wasn't delivered until an hour and 15 minutes after placing it. A Friday or Saturday, i get it. But not a Monday! Plus this is the 3rd time I've gotten pizza that wasn't hot. If you're not ordering carryout I would avoid this location. Their delivery service needs some major improvement!

I just waited over an hour and a half for a pizza to be delivered. Was told when I called after an hour and a half that they were waiting on the driver to get back. Needless to say I canceled my orderUpdate. Ordered another pizza from Pizza Hut that was here in 30 minutes and cheaper than Dominoe’s

Avoid - this place will take orders, make them, and then cancel after you call and confirm they deliver in your area. Manger is clueless and has no idea how answer basic questions. Bunch of sweaty meatballs running this joint.
