Will no longer order from this dominoes until this ridiculous $18.00 minimum order stuff is changed. What is the point of me spending money to get a free pizza with your reward system if I then have to spend $28 more just to meet a minimum and tip a driver because you guys can’t keep your money up. Don’t offer delivery service if you need to make a certain amount of money just to get it out the door. Good luck with future business in the walk-in of a Walmart…

I ordered online to have my order delivered.We watched the delivery person online. The delivery time took an hour and 25 minutes. By the food being cooked for so long it was cold.That's even tipping 10 dollars on the bill.

Where to start? It’s in a Walmart. There was only one person working-who was taking cash at the register and making food. I purchased a plain cheese, medium pizza for $10 and the worker told me to come back in 15 mins (touching dirty objects to touching food that people will consume is a great business plan). No receipt given or offered. 15 mins later, I returned, hoping that there wasn’t a shift change and that I’m remembered…I was given a “pizza” that was basically a round piece of cold, dry bread, with a measly sprinkling of cheap, flavorless cheese. The whole thing tasted like cardboard. Costco’s $10 pizza DESTROYS this garbage. If I could give it zero stars, I would. This place SUCKS.

I will no longer tip when I place my order here because every time I do, my food sits at the restaurant for 30 minutes before it's out for delivery. And as someone who doesn't carry cash unfortunately this means no tip. I don't know if they don't care because they get their tip regardless of delivery time, but it's an early monday afternoon and my order wasn't delivered until an hour and 15 minutes after placing it. A Friday or Saturday, i get it. But not a Monday! Plus this is the 3rd time I've gotten pizza that wasn't hot. If you're not ordering carryout I would avoid this location. Their delivery service needs some major improvement!

I just waited over an hour and a half for a pizza to be delivered. Was told when I called after an hour and a half that they were waiting on the driver to get back. Needless to say I canceled my orderUpdate. Ordered another pizza from Pizza Hut that was here in 30 minutes and cheaper than Dominoe’s

Avoid - this place will take orders, make them, and then cancel after you call and confirm they deliver in your area. Manger is clueless and has no idea how answer basic questions. Bunch of sweaty meatballs running this joint.

I understood it took longer to receive delivery because it was a Friday. But the Quality Control test needs improvement. When my son does not eat a whole piece of pizza, there's a problem. The pizza was so overly cooked. ???I wish I would've checked reviews first.

It is an absolute race to the bottom at the national pizza chains in Mount Juliet. Back in January, Pizza Hut just flat out did not delivery an order and took 18 days to process a refund. In February, I had quite the substandard pizza experience from Papa Johns. Now tonight, this Domino's location completely dropped the ball. Ordered at 9:20 PM, nothing delivered by 10:40 and I contacted the store. I was told my order had to be remade and was on it's way. Order finally delivered at 11:43 PM. Food was overcooked and cold when it was finally delivered. They also failed to deliver the 2-liter that was ordered. Just an absolute miserable experience.

I requested my pizza to be PIE CUT. Galvin at this location messed up my pizza by cutting it into squares. I asked to him to please remake it. He said well I have to charge you for that. I was like but you messed up my request please remake it. HE FLAT OUT REFUSED. So I got my money back but he was just REALLY RUDE AFTER THAT. F- Domino's and in case he lied about his name I have included his picture.
$40 for two pizzas. Overcooked. Throw it away and make a new one. Shame how I expect it from franchise pizza. Zero quality control

I honestly would never have expected a Domino's inside of a Walmart to be any good at all, but this place has been as close to perfect as you can get- everything is always made properly and tastes great, and they've only been late one time out of the 8 or so times I've ordered from this location. And the one time they were late the pizza still got to me warm, even though it was an hour after I ordered, so I'm impressed. I'd highly recommend this location, they're just as good as any other Domino's location

Delivery is consistently late and lukewarm over the last 9 months. We usually regret it and then kick ourselves when we make the mistake of trying them again. When it does occasionally arrive on time the pizza is fine by Dominos standards.

I ordered online yesterday and had them delivered. My pizza was fantastic! Love, love, love the Cali Chicken Bacon Ranch on the flatbread! A young man named Jacob delivered my pizza super quickly and he was so friendly! Best delivery guy ever! I wish I had more cash on me to tip him better, but I hope he will be my delivery guy again soon!
