I love this Dunkin'! Workers are always friendly and have really positive attitudes. I think the main concern here is that service can be slow at times, but even then, the wait time is far less than just about any Starbucks around. For a fraction of the cost, I get better coffee drinks and food than any other coffee place around. The options are pretty much endless, just like any Starbs- customize any drink. Use the app- there are a lot of savings to be had!

I went to a different Dunkin location two days ago. Ordered a cookie butter latte with cream, liquid sugar, and oatmilk. It was delicious. Came to this location today and ordered the same thing and it didn’t taste the same at all. It wasn’t even sweet so whoever was making it clearly didn’t follow the instructions. It wasn’t creamy either so I know they didn’t use oatmilk or cream. It was watery. They definitely were running on autopilot and made it the original way. I asked them to add sweetener and they did but didn’t ask to remake the whole thing because I didn’t wanna burden them. Dunkin seems to be inconsistent.

got a sourdough breakfast sandwich and the bread and meat tasted like freezer/cooler I couldn’t even taste turkey sausage just freezer.

This is the second time I’ve come to this place and the people who work here are rude and won’t acknowledge you when you are talking to them. On the second time we ordered 2 sm cappuccinos, one was heavier than the other one, i tried to explain to person helping us that probably all the liquid went in one cup and that the other one was just foam, she didn’t let me talk, took the cup from my hand walk away, walked back and gave me the cup exactly the same way, just foam.. I will never come back again

I had a great experience this morning! I never really spend money on coffee but because of how kind Sherita was to me and my three year old who wanted to roll his window down just to say hi I will be going back in the future. Sherita made his morning! The pumpkin spice latte was delicious.

The employees honestly need some coffee themselves. I stood in front for too long just for a black coffee. They clearly only care about drive thru because 5 ppl were behind me and they still only focused on drive thru! Smh. Their engery was trash and the service shows. #wontbeback✌🏾
