I went to a different Dunkin location two days ago. Ordered a cookie butter latte with cream, liquid sugar, and oatmilk. It was delicious. Came to this location today and ordered the same thing and it didn’t taste the same at all. It wasn’t even sweet so whoever was making it clearly didn’t follow the instructions. It wasn’t creamy either so I know they didn’t use oatmilk or cream. It was watery. They definitely were running on autopilot and made it the original way....
