Always get your shit wrong it always takes entirely way too long Would give zero if I could

Place has been garbage for years and it’s only gotten worse fix it

November 23 at 9 AM check the schedules and fix The problem

Stopped at this dunkin instead of my usual one which was a poor choice on my part. I ordered a cold brew with Caramel and cream and add the cookie butter cold foam and they made their specialty cold brew (which has a ton of extra sweetener I do not care for) and then added my caramel and cream. I took one sip and it was so overly sweet I knew there was no way I could drink the rest of it. I HATE returning anything and will usually just take it and drink it as is, but I really could not drink it and there was no other guests behind me so I figured it would be fine. I said I am so sorry, I know I my order may have been confusing but I just wanted the plain cold brew, and the worker said 'no you said you wanted the specialty cold brew.' I order this drink all the time so I know that I did not, so I said no, I'm sorry, and repeated what I wanted. She said fine and took the cup and remade my drink. However it was very clear that she was so aggravated by the fact I didn't just take the first drink that she purposely did not make my coffee correctly. I just took it and left. She was training someone and I hope that is not the standard of service that is being upheld. I have worked in the service industry for 10 years and I am well aware the customer is not always right, but this seemed over the top when I apologized multiple times because I understand how much it sucks to have to remake something, but it does happen. I hope her day got better.

I haven’t order from this Dunkin in years. The last time I went they gave me and my two other friends old expired drinks. They tasted so bad my friends and I immediately threw them away and called the store. They said they will check everything (I don’t know if that ever happened, clearly not) I go to order from there today from Uber eats since my friend got me there new coolatta drink the other day and it was really good.( from another store) I went to order one on Uber eats and the drink taste like expired water down milk with a hint of strawberry. The food is not kept up with or something but this isn’t the first time I’ve order something that wasn’t good. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DUNKIN. Go to any other one unless you like expired milk.

I normally will not leave a one star, but this review entails numerous visits to this store. While traveling to see my son in Nashville, each day for the last week I have gone to the store to get my coffee in the morning. I use the mobile app so that my coffee would be ready when I get there. First it started that they didn't have any caramel for several days. Then, four of the 7 days my order wasn't ready. They seemed very short staffed and customers were waiting for a long time! It's very disappointing since this is the one closest to me. Just when I thought it couldn't get worse, today I waited for 12 min in the drive thru!!!!!

Avocado toast is amazing! Also, I had Mo decide a flavor combination for my cold brew coffee. She did an amazing job! Great service, great food, thank you Dunkin’ Donuts!

This is the slowest Dunkin I have ever been to. They're are constantly new employees so it's almost as if they train one and then they quit. The drinks are usually hit and miss due to this as well.

I came in to get food with my friends and they messed up my sandwich order. Jerry was phenomenal in helping get this resolved. Without his excellent customer service, I would have left dunkin as a dissatisfied customer. Give this man a raise.

I am local to the area and I come to this Dunkin location often. There's new management with this location now and you can absolutely tell there's differences and positive changes happening!! Personally, my last visit was met with met with smiling faces, warm greetings, and a new standard of service. Coming into this store feels like grabbing coffee with friends; you feel welcomed every time you enter the store. I couldn't recommend this location enough! The new management team is working diligently to make this a model location, and as a consistent customer for over 5 years, you can not only see the difference, but you can FEEL the difference. Great job y'all, and keep up the amazing work because it doesn't go unrecognized

I was visiting my son and grandkids in Hermitage, TN. I went to this Dunkin' and was pleasantly surprised by the welcome on the drive-thru board! They always had my order ready when I arrived!

Moving stuff from UHaul storage next door to the one in Murfreesboro. Hot, tired, and miserable. I wanted an ice-cold vanilla mocha (like the ones that come in the plastic bottles) and a couple of glazed donuts. Unfortunately, I didn't know the recipe, so I had to go down the street to get what I wanted at Publix (Bolthouse Farms and Krispy Kreme did the trick).

Very friendly staff.
