Food is fine, however expect to be waiting a long time. Seems that be staffed adequately, but the employees are either standing around, or very slow and pushing out the coffee.

I usually do mobile orders and I go up to the window and they never know what my order is like they can’t see it anywhere. They also constantly mess up orders and it tastes off. Older Blonde manager was also very rude when I had an order. She gave me one coffee and I still had 2 drinks left and some food and yelled at me that I already got my coffees when I clearly had not. They need to do better…

Man this place was running great up until their manager Brandon left. Since then this place went from a solid 4.5 stars to a 1.5 star. I don’t blame the workers as much as I blame the management. The workers always look confused and unsure of their processes.
Used to be able to do a mobile order 15 min ahead of time and it was ready when I walked in, now it’s an additional 15-20 minute wait on a MOBILE ORDER made 15 min prior to my arrival….. this place HAS to do better.

There were only two employees. One was a first day trainee. The other lady was taking drive through and in person orders and making the food. The trainee was able to get drinks and donuts. They’re doing the best they can but can’t keep up as things get busier. The main lady is very calm and professional in spite of the frustrations.
Food was pretty good and order was complete.

I waited for more than 30 minutes for a group order placed more than an hour and a half ahead. No urgency, at all. This location used to do great, on time big orders.

They never and I mean NEVER get their mobile orders right. There is always something missing.

Very limited selection. One of the guys behind the counter was just talking on his phone. The other one looked at me several times but took 10ish minutes to ask for my order.

Wait time is absolutely ridiculous. Will never stop again. Stuck in line at the drive thru for over 20 min and had to get out and ask cars to move just to get out of line. Terrible service.

We went on a Sunday afternoon, which seems like a normal time to fet ice cream. There was 1 employee, with a long drive thru line. We had to wait awhile inside. There were no cones, and many ice cream flavors were empty.
