Alanna was a friendly and attentive waitress.Pretty water view.She was the only one working the front and did a great job at juggling the multitude of people who came in to eat and drink.She had our drinks and salads out in a fast manner.The food itself was a bit overcooked (calamari, chicken wings and fried mushrooms) to be fair, we didn't say anything becausewe were hungryand they looked busy. Could have been a new cook in the kitchen or just an off day.

Giving a 4 star. Catfish was great. Shrimp was flavorful. A very basic burger. Not bad but nothin special. Over-salted or over-cooked hush puppies. Would’ve been great but either the oil was old or they left them in the fryer too long. Over all it was a good experience with friendly wait staff and lots of ducky’s splashing about. I hope to see this place grow and improve over time!

Great food. Extremely poor service.• Our server charged me full price for an additional side when I asked for a substitution, so I ended up overpaying for food I didn't even end up getting.• She charged a co-worker for a drink that he didn't even get, as he only got water, and only changed his total after he argued with her.• She brought another co-worker a sandwich with tomato after he had requested "no tomato" multiple times. When he said something about it, she looked annoyed and told him to "just take the tomato off."Yeah, the food was quite tasty, but I don't know if it's worth going back again.

Two visits there, both times the place was dead. First time service was subpar, product mediocre. Limited bar options. Second time, service was good, waitress was pleasant, accommodating. Nachos were awful, fish and chips were good as an alternative.

My husband and I first drove by this place a couple weeks ago and we've lived in the area for over 3 years. We had no idea it was so close! We decided to check it out yesterday with my parents and we were hesitant based on the reviews, but we are so glad we did! We sat outside and had a couple of beers, also didn't know that they do have more than just beer... ordered a few appetizers, jalapeño poppers and bruschetta, and then tried their burger and patty melt. We kind of all shared, and everything was delicious! The staff was friendly enough but the view was the icing on the cake. We had such a nice afternoon and such good food that we decided it may be our new local spot. A hidden little gem only 10 minutes from home. Can't beat it.
Service was HORRIBLE!! Took 40 minutes to get a server to come to the table and get us drinks. Had to ask 4 different people just to get service. Most of the food was terrible! Our food sat ready in the window for 8 minutes before it came to our table. Would not recommended and would never go back!!!

We went here with a group of 7 this past Saturday. Of course they were extremely busy since it was a nice day and the air show was going on. We went inside and saw how busy they were. We found a table that was dirty, we bussed the table and wiped it down, as well as cleaned some other tables for new customers. We completely understand they were slammed. After we did that, we went to get menus and sat down. No one ever acknowledged us. We sat there for 30 minutes without so much as a “hey we will be with you in a minute” or anything. No one ever even looked our way. We sat and watched other tables who sat down after us get served while we were ignored. It was a very frustrating experience. I completely understand being busy and overwhelmed, but it takes two seconds to tell someone that you will be with them in a moment. We ended up just leaving and finding something else to eat.

This place came recommended by our fishing guide but unfortunately, we did not have a good experience.The good: It had a nice view of the lake, friendly staff, and prices were not outrageous.The not so good: We waited for over 10 min to get our menus, and never got silverware and napkins until after our food came out. The shrimp tacos were mediocre, bacon that was on the bacon cheeseburger was shriveled up like it had been microwaved, and the house fries were mushy and greasy. The jalapeño poppers were thin slivers of jalapeño that was breaded and fried with what i assume was cream cheese, unfortunately not a real popper. The catfish dinner was not bad, but the hushpuppies that accompanied it were not good either. My family will not be back, and if you want good food over convenience, I would not recommend!
