I haven't eaten at a 5 Guys restaurant for several years. Not sure what kept me away I just really don't eat out much. I was not disappointed at all! Food was fresh and delish. The 2 employees there were very friendly. I will absolutely be back to this location in Mt. Juliet.

10 minutes waiting for a web order that only needed fries to complete, and not one of the four people working acknowledged my presence. It took me yelling my name out before anyone realized anything. The burgers sat on the shelf and other orders were completed, one after another. So atypical, but so infuriating and disappointing. I will never return to this location.

I could get food for two families from a fast food place for cheaper if not just as much.

We usually enjoy coming to this location and Five Guys does have good burgers and fries. That being said, we ordered a large fries which in the past was enough for a few of us to share. This time we got only a medium sized cup with no extra fries in the bag as previous. I checked the receipt and sure enough, we paid just short of $8 for this small amount. We asked the employees and were told that this was due to new ownership. Very disappointed.

Good atmosphere inside, similar to Steak and Shake nature, burger was juicy and good, bit on the greasy side. Bacon was phenomenal, bag was loaded with fresh and perfectly cooked French fries, the soda was just right. Not like those other places that have no syrup and it's just carbonated water. Bathrooms are clean and nice, restaurant was clean and tidy, good over all. Bit pricey though.
