We came in during a very busy time and were surprised it was SO clean! The worker, Kylie, was all smiles and made us feel like we were the only ones in the shop! Well done! Fantastic flavors and excellent service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Allows non service animals inside. Allowed dog being held and looking over the ice cream glass. Dog barking and napping while sitting on the lobby . No evidence or sign of this being a service animal.

Edit to reply to owner: it was a little toy dog in a pink harness close to the food yapping at everyone and sitting in the lobby. I'm sure ownership knows that Tennessee state law doesn't not even allow emotional support animals in side food service establishments so it would be clear to anyone that this was not a medical service animal.

I had one of the most popular smoothies recommended by the woman employee. The wild berry smoothie was absolutely delicious! Definitely coming back to this restaurant again.

You cannot go wrong with this choice. Good selection of flavor. The ice-cream has great flavor.

Cookies & Cream heaven in a cup

Every time I stop by Häagen-Dazs, it’s a no-brainer, I’m getting the cookies and cream milkshake. It’s smooth, rich, and packed with that classic flavor that never gets old. You can taste the quality in every sip.

The staff is quick and friendly, and the vibe of the shop is always clean and inviting. Whether it’s a hot day or just a craving, this spot always hits the mark. Easily one of my favorite go-to treats when I’m at the mall.

It's Häagen-Dazs--of course the ice cream is delicious, but this location is super disappointing. All the tables and chairs were sticky and dirty, the floors had food and crumbs, the bathroom smelled, and thr staff were in the back on their phones -- rather than cleaning or serving customers. Maybe I'm old fashioned. But $20 for ice cream for 3 people. . .I would hope for a better environment.
