It's Häagen-Dazs--of course the ice cream is delicious, but this location is super disappointing. All the tables and chairs were sticky and dirty, the floors had food and crumbs, the bathroom smelled, and thr staff were in the back on their phones -- rather than cleaning or serving customers. Maybe I'm old fashioned. But $20 for ice cream for 3 people. . .I would hope for a better environment.

I decided to try the new peppermint bark milkshake. The girl that took my order already had an attitude. After my husband paid I waited to get my milk shake. The girl finished and slammed the drink and straw on the counter and walked off. I looked at my milk shake and it was very watery, like not enough ice cream was put in or way too much milk was added. I took a sip and realized I was drinking straight milk with peppermint flavoring. The girl that made my drink had already went to the back and I was not going to wait we left and I threw the shake away. Very disappointing.

Was a very hot day in Mt Juliet and so decided to have ice cream. But timing was not right when we walked in. One freezer broke and so there were only 4 or 5 ice cream/sherbet to choose from. My favorite coffee ice cream was not one of them. Strawberry then. Was nice of the server to allow us to eat the pastries we got next door. Thanks ladies!

The ice cream is great. My 3 star review is more based on the service. The lady behind the counter was coughing over everything. When it came to my time instead of getting an ice cream cone like I wanted, I got a shake instead. I figured it had the least chance of coming with a side of Covid.

Not cheap but definitely some of the best ice cream anywhere. Tried a few free samples and decided to get Irish Cream Brownie. Oh my God it's delicious!? Looking forward to a much needed return trip.

My child ordered a scoop of chocolate ice cream in a cup which came to $6, then the machine prompts me for a minimum 18% tip. Insane!Edit: thanks for the response. You said that the cost of milk and eggs increased, hence the cost of a scoop of ice cream increasing. What's the reasoning for auto prompting an 18% minimum tip?

Häagen-Dazs Mt. Juliet does NOT disappoint!! My hubby and I get all tuned up at The Joint Chiropractic right next door then we head straight over for an ice cream!! White Chocolate Raspberry is my favorite and the hubs always gets Sea Salt Caramel Truffle. Love the fast, friendly crew there and everything is always so clean and tidy. See y'all soon!!

By far the best place for an after school sweet treat!! My daughter and I go to this one and the one inside of opry mills mall at least once or twice a month!! The staff are always so friendly and helpful! My daughter loves to try all the flavors even though she knows she's picking chocolate chocolate chip
