I had arrived to get breakfast and was told to wait and when the clock hit 10:30am the menu changed and I waited to have my order taken for 3 minutes and the guy behind the counter kept putting food in bags and not taking orders

I will not be going back to this location for breakfast. I don’t care that it’s convenient since I work right around the corner. This is the third time that I have stopped here for breakfast and my order was cold. The other two times I brushed it off because the line was long. But this time no one was in line. No one was in the drive-through and yet my breakfast sandwich was completely cold. The cheese never even melted because of how cold the sandwich was. I had already gotten to work when I pulled the sandwich out of the bag and realize that it was not even warm. I called the location to make sure that they knew that this was the third time that I had received Cold food. The woman who answered apologized and asked if I could please come back and she would make it right, but I explained that I was already at work and was not able to. She told me if I had the receipt that she could issue a refund, but conveniently enough she never offered the receipt when I went through the drive-through. Zero 810, I will not be returning here and I would not recommend this location to anyone. Obviously the ratings for this location speak volumes.

I wish I caught their names but the two ladies working up front on Friday, November 21st, 2025 were amazing. I wasnt having the greatest start to my day but their laughter and overall kindness and great vibe brightened it up. The meal was also really good too, actually good tasting fries unlike MOST places. You can tell they made it with love. At loves. Lol

Told me they can’t cook the tenders because of they were still in the freezer and no one wants to go get them. They have six employees and no one waiting on food. Bunch of sorry people

My burger looked exactly like the picture and smaller of fresh produce and sizzling meat when I unwrapped it. I see the other reviews for this location and perhaps I hit on a fluke or they are making an change. The burger was very good.

When you stand at the register and two employees look at you, at least twice, and continue to eat their food and wander around in the back, time to eat elsewhere. This Hardee's is worse than the Loves they're attached to. A current 2.2 star rating is generous.

My family and I recently moved down the street and I’ve visited this Hardee’s a few times. Up until now, the burgers were decent. On 9/14/25 at 12:26 PM (Order ID: AABBJM7JAJBS) we went through the drive-thru and ordered two Jr. Cheeseburgers from Brianna, asking that they be freshly made. After waiting about 5 minutes, we received two stone-cold burgers — not even warm to the touch.
I parked and went inside to ask for hot replacements. Kenny, who has always been friendly and helpful, greeted me, but the cook in the kitchen mouthed off that the burgers were hot. I even offered for her to come feel them herself, but she ignored me and kept muttering. A young manager quickly came out and politely offered to remake them, which I appreciated.
Unfortunately, when the new burgers came out, the heavy-set man who handed them to me rudely asked if they were “hot enough this time,” glaring at me like I was the problem. The food should be hot in the first place — it’s not the customer’s fault.
Other than Kenny, this visit was a complete fail. Staff here needs training on both basic food prep and customer service.

Whoever the GM is, that guy provides excellent customer service. He is a great model for what a pleasant experience looks like at a restaurant. He had energy, he was nice, dressed exceptionally well, and he was aware and quick. Very nice, Sir. Thank you. It’s a breath of fresh air to get good service these days. Good luck to you!

Friendly, clean & fast. My food is always fresh, fries crispy 💕🙏 i go here on my lunch breaks and am never dissapointed

This place is so hit or miss. Sometimes I'm through the Drive-Thru in 5 minutes. Sometimes they take up 20 minutes of my 30-minute lunch break. Sure, I could pack my lunch but they could also do better
