First visit to this Hardee's. The place was not very clean and the food I ordered was overcooked and dry. The biscuit however, was fantastic. The service I received was also top notch.

Overall, it's an okay store. Eat here if you choose.

Food TASTED great. Grossly misrepresented in expectation, compared to reality. I ordered a LOADED omelet biscuit. It was instead an unloaded omelet.

Truck driver, came through on an empty belly, I ordered famous burger combo today and the bun and burger was cold, I couldn’t bother to stop because I was starving and tired from my shift, ended up with a bad stomach ache. I should’ve never continued eating but, they need to make sure the food is warm I literally waiting extra time smh. Quality of food is very important, they need some extra training

As a truck driver, I typically eat here a decent amount of times and I’ve never had a real bad experience until today. I hate to leave a one star review because of one bad employee. But when I called, I was told there was no manager on duty… I pulled up to the drive-through window at 10:25 in the morning and so I asked if it is breakfast or lunch and the lady on the microphone had to be rude and said well what does the menu show and then I told her well. OK give me a minute to decide what I want, and she proceeded to tell me to leave drive-through because it would take me too long to figure out. I hope this issue gets resolved, but I will not be coming back until it does

These employees need to learn "hey we are surrounded by warehouses and workers only get 30mins breaks, we should get the food out a lot faster". Took the cashier work 6 different times to ring up one meal without lettuce and onions. Not to mention yesterday, I order a 10 piece at 235pm, they wait until 240pm and it took 10mins for it to cook. Didn't have chance to eat them. Wish this location was connected to the app
