Told me they can’t cook the tenders because of they were still in the freezer and no one wants to go get them. They have six employees and no one waiting on food. Bunch of sorry people

My burger looked exactly like the picture and smaller of fresh produce and sizzling meat when I unwrapped it. I see the other reviews for this location and perhaps I hit on a fluke or they are making an change. The burger was very good.

When you stand at the register and two employees look at you, at least twice, and continue to eat their food and wander around in the back, time to eat elsewhere. This Hardee's is worse than the Loves they're attached to. A current 2.2 star rating is generous.

My family and I recently moved down the street and I’ve visited this Hardee’s a few times. Up until now, the burgers were decent. On 9/14/25 at 12:26 PM (Order ID: AABBJM7JAJBS) we went through the drive-thru and ordered two Jr. Cheeseburgers from Brianna, asking that they be freshly made. After waiting about 5 minutes, we received two stone-cold burgers — not even warm to the touch.
I parked and went inside to ask for hot replacements. Kenny, who has always been friendly and helpful, greeted me, but the cook in the kitchen mouthed off that the burgers were hot. I even offered for her to come feel them herself, but she ignored me and kept muttering. A young manager quickly came out and politely offered to remake them, which I appreciated.
Unfortunately, when the new burgers came out, the heavy-set man who handed them to me rudely asked if they were “hot enough this time,” glaring at me like I was the problem. The food should be hot in the first place — it’s not the customer’s fault.
Other than Kenny, this visit was a complete fail. Staff here needs training on both basic food prep and customer service.

Whoever the GM is, that guy provides excellent customer service. He is a great model for what a pleasant experience looks like at a restaurant. He had energy, he was nice, dressed exceptionally well, and he was aware and quick. Very nice, Sir. Thank you. It’s a breath of fresh air to get good service these days. Good luck to you!

This place is so hit or miss. Sometimes I'm through the Drive-Thru in 5 minutes. Sometimes they take up 20 minutes of my 30-minute lunch break. Sure, I could pack my lunch but they could also do better
Every time I order anything from this Hardee’s,it’s always been incorrect in some way,I started getting a big hot ham and cheese because how can somebody screw up two ingredients,it seemed as if I was getting a normal size hot ham and cheese,I said something about it and requested they make sure,I guess the 17 year olds got offended by this and I wouldn’t even consider this sandwich a hot ham and cheese with how little they put into it,how can somebody screw up two ingredients,it’s 5 miles from my house verses 15 anywhere else,I’d rather get the hunt brothers pizza that nobody gets because they’re a whole godfathers pizza over dealing with this bs over me wanting to make sure my foods right

This Hardee's is awful. I went for breakfast and didn't get my correct order. I asked for medium combos and received small. Didn't received the biscuit and gravy I had ordered. They didn't have sweet tea so we got mello yellow and it was awful. This is not the first bad experience at this location. I don't plan on giving this location anymore of my business. I don't recommend this location.

I was refused service, I'm a truck driver and I went in to this location at 11:27pm started to order my food and was asked did I mind waiting 15 to 20 minutes I said it was ok. I was on the phone with my wife then the lady said I needed to get off my phone while I was ordering with her and then she walked away. She returned after about 10 minutes and asked was I ready to order I said I was waiting on her. she said again I need to get off my phone I let her know I'm on the call with my wife and I was not hanging up on her. she did not care and said have a good day. I ask was she refusing to take my order. she only said have a good day. I asked for her name and she said she wasn't going to give it to me.
I then asked for her manager name and she refused to give it to me. im a truck driver and when ever I get time to take to my family I not hanging up. so I had no service and no food so nothing to eat. I will never return to this location or this Love's location after talking to the manager of Love's he did nothing to help the situation only but only said I was on the phone I was just made to feel like delivering product around the world for America meant nothing..... sad and hungry.
