I like the Frisco burger at Hardee's. For some reason the drive through was closed. This Hardee's is inside a truck stop so the atmosphere is what you would expect.

Quality has gone way down at this location. They were not taking drive through orders and you had to come into lobby. I understand short staffing, no big deal coming in, and the workers were friendly enough. My gripe is with the food quality. Today (8 Jan 2024) fries were old and buns were stale like they’ve been left out uncovered for too long. This location used to be great, not so much now.

I normally make a stop her in the morning before work. This morning was a whole new experience. I waited patiently in line until I finally got to the register when the cashier ‘Jackie proceeded to tell me to wait and then asked a man who arrived after me and three people behind me for his order instead. He is also a regular but has never been prioritized over anyone else before. I simply decided to just leave without a word at that point and was followed with being yelled at by the cashier to come back. The lack of professional from this cashier in general ruined me wanting to ever return. Try a different shift but not the morning shift.

I don't understand how a relatively new chain has so many issues. Either something wrong with their drive through capabilities or the order is wrong. I would imagine it's the people they hire but come on a collective group of people cant be that slow...

This is a nice Hardee’s inside Love’s. Fairly clean. Some of the supplies were low. Workers were friendly.

Placed a drive through order at 6pm on 8/11 for my son and I during a long road trip. Window attendant was incredibly friendly, but I missed her name. The food was done in less than 3 minutes and was piping hot and fresh.I see some negative reviews for this location, but have honestly had an excellent experience personally. On one of the most stressful days of my entire life, Hardee's served my son and I up a customer service experience that they truly knocked out of the park. I don't know if I'll ever be in this area again, but if so, I know where I'm stopping to eat!

My niece and I went to this Hardees and the sign for a number two was $12.something and she got the number 6 which was $9. Something. Anyways we were charged $16.32 and $13.35. When I told the gir, which had a really bad hair cut and it was reddish pink she didn't care. I told her what the sign said, but she just kept repeating the amount. I should have just drove away, but honestly my air conditioner in my house had been out all day and it was 93degrees in my house so I wasn't cooking. Anyway when we got our receipts I saw where she charged for each item instead of the meal. When she gave us our food I told her and she just look at me when pooking eyes and said OK. She didn't give a rat's rehind. Its a shame that this world will get u anyway it can. Just buyer be ware. Look at the sign and the prices and sound them about ut. If enough people complain maybe they will do right but who knows. Some people just don't care.
