Had an awesome experience at Jason’s Deli! The manager was super helpful, the food came out fresh and fast, the salad bar was amazing, and even the bathrooms were spotless. Great vibes all around — definitely coming back!

What a disappointment. The salad bar used to be the best part of Jason's deli. I've been to this location twice in the last month. Both times the lettuce did not look fresh. Today there were brown pieces that looked old almost like it was reused from yesterday(or maybe longer). The rest of the veggies were just okay. I mentioned the lettuce to an employee who appeared to be taking an inventory of the salad bar and she just stared at me. The double whammy was the ice cream maker didn't work and was leaking melted ice cream liquid.

Manager Angie was very rude and short with my wife and I when we asked if we could swap a sandwich that didn’t taste right. We didn’t want a refund, just swap for a different sandwich. One of the managers, Angie, said no. We will never be back.

No doubt the nicest staff I’ve encountered in Mt Juliet since I moved here a few months ago told the worker to get me whatever and idk what the heck I got but it was bomb
Overall the owner should be proud of the staff that they have working here. Actually kinda look like they were having fun at their job.

This is a great place to eat. They have a lot of options to choose from for your meal. You can customize your sandwich to the way you want it. The salad bar has a lot of options on it also. Our sandwiches were delicious, and my son git some soup to go with his sandwich. They put a lot of meat on your sandwich. The gentleman that took our order was very friendly and helpful to make sure our sandwiches had the items we wanted on them. It only took a few minutes for our order to be brought out to us. The only drawback from our meal was they forgot to put our chips in the bag, even after we were asked which chips we wanted to go with our sandwiches. We got our food to go, and we did not check the bag before we left to take this home to eat. The price was more than most of the other sandwiches shops, but the meats were really delicious. They have a very large dining area that can seat a lot of people.

Order - caprese sandwich, mac and cheese ( managers special)
Cost - 12 dollars.
Taste of the sandwich is disgusting. Mac and cheese is runny worse than Kraft.
Portion size is worse than kids meal. 3 spoons of mac and cheese and Two bites of sandwich less than 1 inch thick will cost you $12. A single toast will be more filling than this expensive worthless meal. For comparison half sandwich at panera is twice as big.
Ordered $55 worth of food, also got the salad bar. While asking for a plate the guy said where is your receipt so I went back to my table to get it. When I walked back up he was sweeping the floor with gloves on then handed me a plate and after went to touch fruit without changing his gloves to put in bowls. Disgusted by this I told Krystal the manager and she didn't say a word to me she just turned to him and said change your gloves then walked away from me. We ate our food anyways and needless to say I spent the rest of the night in the bathroom from eating here. The health department needs to show up soon for this place.

Ordered 2 California Clubs today they were uneatable … the avocado was brown in color there wasn’t any Swiss chess at all on the sandwich very little turkey These are usually very tasty and healthy … today whoever made this sandwich should be fired
