I ordered a large pot pie soup. Later I realized that it was not enough soup. I went to the cashier (a new young employee) and asked if I could purchase a side salad. She said that I could not. She checked with someone else that said the same.
I should have been able to have purchased a side salad. It’s only a little lettuce and tomato.
They lost a customer that comes in often.

Food is always delicious but portions are so random. Sometimes we get a decent portioned salad and other times there is hardly anything there. Same with the pastas, they would 5 stars if they were consistent
Glad I paid extra for fruit.
In my recent dine-in experience, the experience, unfortunately, fell far below basic expectations. The cashier was unengaged, unhelpful, and lacked basic hospitality. It felt like we were more of an inconvenience than valued customers.
One of the highlights of coming to Jason’s Deli has always been the ice cream, but the machine was already disassembled during our visit, despite dining several hours before close. This was particularly disappointing, as it’s one of the reasons we enjoy coming here.
I hope management takes steps to address these issues because Jason’s Deli usually has so much potential to provide a welcoming and pleasant dining experience.

We recently visited Jason’s Deli in Mt. Juliet, and unfortunately, it wasn’t the best experience. The restaurant was nearly empty, yet it wasn’t as clean as you’d expect with so few customers. The cashier wasn’t very welcoming or helpful, which didn’t set a great tone for our visit.
One of the main reasons our family enjoys Jason’s Deli is the free ice cream for dine-in customers, but the machine was already taken apart for cleaning by 7:30 PM—despite the store not closing until 9. This was disappointing, especially since it’s a key part of the experience for us.
Overall, the visit fell short of our expectations. There’s room for improvement, especially in cleanliness and customer service.

Staff is trying, but definitely a decline over the last few years.
Bathroom filthy, ice cream out of order, salad bar above average.
All restaurants have declined since pandemic.
Also the change of guard isn't cutting it.
Nothing like Jason's used to be. It can go out of business, and nobody will ever notice anymore.
It kills me to have to post this.
It just wasn't good 😕 😪
This is the only Great restaurant that has done this lately!

Stopped for dinner , we were the only ones in the restaurant. 7 employees working , order taker was not interested in speaking with us and seemed to be bothered when we asked questions about the menu. No, thank you or any acknowledgement after we ordered. Dining area was dirty with numerous unclean tables, waited an extended time to get our food, soup was lukewarm, BUT Panni was tasty , shortcake was good . Just an average experience.

We have been to this location many times because my gf likes your salad bar, most recently came in on Saturday night. I have to say, I am not impressed by the guest service, or lack thereof. Every single time we’ve been in, the very young staff is not educated on anything on your menu. If I ask a few questions regarding some of the options, I get a blank stare, a shoulder shrug, and an I don’t know. They are chintzy (light) with the proteins on the sandwiches and aren’t helpful with the salad bar. The ice machine was fresh out of ice, so we asked to fill both cups. A young kid took the cups back, put like 3 cubes in each cup and hands it back to us. Then the entire time we were there, nobody bothered to fill it. They just stood around and talked. Other people were going up to get warm refills. I completely understand hiring young people and giving them a chance, and kudos to them for even wanting a job, because so many are too lazy to bother with it. But please work with them on training, guest service, and product knowledge. Thanks

Uber’d this potato, it was delicious!
We came in at 7pm on Sunday evening. Staff was cleaning and not worrying too much with customers. We ordered the soup and salad bar. We waited and waited and finally had to go up to the counter to get someone to scoop out our soup. The salad bar had not been replenished as I presumed they were preparing to close in a few hours. This is not the Jason's that I am familiar with. I guess we should get used to this kind of service. Sad!!!!

The salad bar is always fresh. The free ice cream is a good value add for our kids. We are, a family of 4 for $25.

I’m pretty sure I just got robbed. I order by the picture and description. What I got is nothing like the picture and description should have said. 1 very small tasteless piece of meat on 1 small piece of bread covered in a tasteless waxy cheese. The soup was decent but for $15???? I should have went with the original plan of hitting up Subway. I could have had a footlong with flavor and not a gut full of disappointment. Jason’s Deli should take real pictures for advertising.
This place is on par in every category. Their service is amazing. Their food is amazing. Their cleanliness is great food taste amazing. The hemisphere is welcoming. Just a good place to enjoy a sandwich with a friend or on a lunch break.
