Jeremiah's Italian Ice

Decent spot. Kinda hidden behind the Dunkin’ Donuts so it’s easy to miss. The root beer flavor was great with the vanilla ice cream. Made a little root beer float.

We came with our kids for the first time here. Super cute place to bring your kids to but customer service was extremely disappointing. The 2 girls were on the phone looking at something and laughing, when we walked in they acted like we were a bother to them and didn’t actually put their phone away until I pulled out my phone to zoom in on the menu behind them as I cannot see and they didn’t offer to assist us in any way. At first I thought perhaps it was due to our ethnicity however upon reading some reviews it looks like that they just didn’t do a great job hiring people friendly employees.

We Love Jeremiah's. It has Great flavor selections and you can get either, Italian ice, Ice Cream or Fun Blended flavors. Sugar cookie is my Favorite right now. You get cookie butter with vanilla ice cream and sprinkles. Its so Good. If you love Italian ice you must try Jeremiah's.

My First time there ,my granddaughter was wanting it she's been there quite a few times,it was really good I had the peanut butter Italian ice with chocolate ice cream sooo good

The ice was very good! Everyone looked like they were made about scooping ice and their job where they scoop ice. Having three registers but using one while two employees just stand there and do nothing is hilarious. No manager in sight.

I just came in for the first time, and I will not return. All three employees working were very rude to me and other customers. Maybe have a chat with them on how to speak to people, because they obviously don’t know how. Also, having three employees working and still having a line because they aren’t actually working is kinda crazy.

My first visit I tried the PB&J and fell in love at 1st BITE A++

Best non ice cream ever.

We LOVE Jeremiah’s. We come here all the time. However, their customer service is some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. They got our order wrong and refused to refund us or do anything about it. They are also just so very rude inside and I’ve experienced this multiple times. I work in customer service and this is just not how you treat customers.

Store hours and sign on front door says they close at 10, I’ve came in twice now a little after 9 and they are closed. Please display the right hours on website/google maps.

My son and I stopped by to try it out.
The service was nice the young man that took my order was very nice and broke the menu down for us.
I decided to create ours. Only one error I wanted vanilla soft serve mixed with Bahamas momma but got swirl instead besides that I highly recommend taking the kids there for a treat ?
