I cannot comment on the food. Disclaimer. This place is so disorganized. Customer service is lacking. I could post my experience but it really won’t make a difference just be prepared to wait and for it to be chaotic and overstimulating.

Quick, kind and efficient service. Constant flow of people entering store while there for 20 minutes eating. Seemed they knew a few by name as regulars. Good was excellent and bagel spread was awesome.

First time and they assume everyone knows what comes standard with the pork roll. Rude unprofessional employees, and proceeded to turn around and out loud talk about how dare I ask that question? So off putting. Order finally ready and an older lady in front of me walks to the counter thinking it’s hers because she was there before me and also beyond rudely tells her it’s mine. They definitely do not know how to treat customers, confused why they ask for tips upon paying when they have zero respect for customers.

First time attempting to eat here. Absolutely horrible service. Ended up walking out halfway through ordering. A worker began taking our order and stepped away to finish bagging the order ahead of us. Someone attempted to cut line twice during this process because another worker didn't pay attention to who was in line first. A second worker began to complete our order but told us she would have to let the first worker finish it since she was the one who started it. Very disorganized and chaotic process presented. Would not recommend at all based on this experience.
