Now Jetz y'all already expensive & this is what you hand me. Like you literally passed this to me instead of saying well that's burnt let me remake it. I guarantee a customer would rather wait and would be more understanding of your mistake instead of handing them burnt food. If it's because of the Cajun seasoning don't use as much and sprinkle it at the end. But honestly it had to be baked longer than usual because I asked for extra sauce for this thick crust and it's dry. So now I have a dry, burnt, salty pizza. Tuh. Who's going to make this right because I used my lunch break to pick this up. Waaaaaaay too salty. My bp is going to be through the roof. Very disappointed.

The pizza here was always on point hot and delicious, yesterday I had a big order and without even having to ask, a young gentleman named Cody helped me take everything to the car after he realized I was paralyzed on my entire left side and that’s honestly the best hospitality and customer service you could ask for so thumbs up to this location

I am so pleased by the customer service we got from the young men who worked here today 🥹 earlier I ordered from Jets however DoorDash brought it. I’m not a DoorDash fan and don’t order from them however today this is who had to bring it. I was not happy when the DoorDash guy left my food on my porch and didn’t ring my doorbell. When I saw the food out there it was ants and flies on it!
I called the DoorDash driver right away however he could not speak English to understand me telling him to come back for that food. Anyway Jets was amazing when I called back, they offered me a refund and to remake for free. They even wanted to give me a cookie or drinks which I was ok, but still!!!! So sweet.
The first guy I can’t remember his name but was a sweetheart! Then I called back to reorder it tonight and the second young man I spoke with was just as kind! They insisted on making this right even though it was not their fault. We really appreciate you guys being so sweet and well mannered young men. That means so much to my husband and I. You guys are the absolute best!!! 🩵🩵🩵

North mount juliet rd, is not good, ordered a jet 10 extra cheese and it showed up with even less cheese then a normal jet 10 would have. It's under new ownership so hopefully they will get it fixed...

OMG! I ordered my pizza at 2:37pm today and requested a 6:00pm delivery, it's now 6:40pm and still no delivery. The manager is totally clueless. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM JETS PIZZA in Mt. Juliet.
