I am so pleased by the customer service we got from the young men who worked here today 🥹 earlier I ordered from Jets however DoorDash brought it. I’m not a DoorDash fan and don’t order from them however today this is who had to bring it. I was not happy when the DoorDash guy left my food on my porch and didn’t ring my doorbell. When I saw the food out there it was ants and flies on it!
I called the DoorDash driver right away however he could not speak English to understand me telling him to come back for that food. Anyway Jets was amazing when I called back, they offered me a refund and to remake for free. They even wanted to give me a cookie or drinks which I was ok, but still!!!! So sweet.
We ordered an eight piece ugene supreme to go and discovered there was nothing supreme about it as it had hardly anything on it. All for $29. What a rip off.

North mount juliet rd, is not good, ordered a jet 10 extra cheese and it showed up with even less cheese then a normal jet 10 would have. It's under new ownership so hopefully they will get it fixed...

OMG! I ordered my pizza at 2:37pm today and requested a 6:00pm delivery, it's now 6:40pm and still no delivery. The manager is totally clueless. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING FROM JETS PIZZA in Mt. Juliet.

I called in to make an order for delivery. I asked the person if they delivered to Lebanon, and I was told yes. I placed my order and was told 45-50 minutes. I was called an hour later to tell me that they could not deliver. At this point, the kids were tired and hungry. Thankfully, Pizza Hut was still open.

So, tonight we ordered an 8-corner pizza from this horrible location. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! What a waste, terrible franchise. This is the second time in a row, they have screwed up a simple pizza. We even got money off from the last order they messed up for this order and still not correct. We wanted 1/2 to be sausage, green pepper, &.onions - this they got correct. The other 1/2 was to be……drumroll…..cheese only! How could they miss this? Well, they made it with no cheese!!!!! REALLY? I know there are those that cannot have cheese, if you think you heard this, maybe you could repeat back the order to the customer to confirm what you think you heard!!!! When we arrived @ the store, my wife checked and when she saw no cheese, she asked, could you just give me some cheese to take home for the side with no cheese? Employee: No. But, we can make you another one that is correct! Huh?! Stupid.Terrible customer service and I will never be back. I will tell everyone I come in contact with to discourage them from visiting your store.

The first guy I can’t remember his name but was a sweetheart! Then I called back to reorder it tonight and the second young man I spoke with was just as kind! They insisted on making this right even though it was not their fault. We really appreciate you guys being so sweet and well mannered young men. That means so much to my husband and I. You guys are the absolute best!!! 🩵🩵🩵
