The food today was very good and the waiter was good. The noise from the metal chairs scraping on the concrete floor was distracting/annoying. The noise radiated throughout the dining room. They need to put plastic sliders on the bottom of the chair legs.

Food was absolutely incredible. However, I hope I don’t get set in the back corner where the bass of the speaker is in your ear and it’s very annoying. Last but not least we had Jayla and let me just say the forced gratuity did its job on this one. Service wasn’t good whatsoever. I almost put two stars just bc of this. To be forced to tip $22 for someone who doesn’t deserve it is robbery!

The food was average at best and definitely over priced. The service was not great but it looked like the bartender was outright exhausted and overworked. It's just another bar with TVs everywhere, but it's expensive for what it is.

I placed a phone order for pick up and Tamra answered the phone and assisted me. Tamra IS AMAZING and offered world class customer service! Alot of restaurants tend to get to go orders wrong, but Tamra repeated my order back over the phone and recognized my order at pickup by my order not my name. It's apparent that she cares about her customers being satisfied. In addition, the hostesses were having fun at the front of the restaurant upon entering. Way to go management for hiring the right persons and placing them in 'the right seat on the bus!'

Love the place. Have frequented Jonathan’s Grille MJ for years as well as other JG locations. Don’t love the change in management and staff leaving/being fired from change in management. Don’t clean house when old staff runs circles around new staff. I know there’s a learning curve and the intent behind it all. It means well, but it doesn’t make it well for long time patrons and staff who have serviced the building for years. Sorry not sorry.
Great find on our last vacation.Going to be a regular stop every year, when we come back to town.
