Pulled up at 815 PM and we were told they only had chicken strips. Asked if they had fries and the worker advised not any she would sell to a client “old” fries. Will never return. Each year it gets worse. Remolding doesn’t help Customer service. Get it together with your workers “hanging out” the window talking to friends instead of doing their job they are paid for.

Great food but pretty pricy if u have more than one person eating or who eats a bigger meal. They do have online specials and coupons but u usually have to get the app or have an on lo une account for most eating joints at all, not just the KFC. If u wat out a lit though, it's definitely worth the effort.

I would give 0 if I could. This location has been go to location for a few years now. Becuase I do not like the hermitage one since they started putting the gravy on the family size potatoes. Well today made trip abd got the 12pc family meal. And check the bag. First the started putting gravy on top of the potatoes which is terrible since first person that takes a scoop gets all the gravy. I feel you all are being extremely cheap and not giving the customer the gravy they are paying for. And then when I ask for some extra gravy charge ne $2.50 for half a container. And 2nd the chicken was terrible. Got original and it was so greasy and over cooked. Very disappointed with this location. I will not be back!

Team members are extremely Rude impatient. Your wait time is long even when the dine in empty. Called the kfc regional office customer service. And, received the same rude disposition. I would not recommend kfc. Every opportunity I get, I speak about the poor customer service.
