Please Please get the long self check outs for people who purchase alot. I know you can. Because some of the Krogers in Fishers, IN have them. I do not like how the people bag the groceries. I live about 15 minutes away and I like all my cold stuff to be together since I just don't live down the street. I have gone through the self check out with a lot of groceries just so I can bag my own groceries. And I will do it again if I need too!

Online ordering from this location is hit or miss. Some shoppers picking your order are very attentive and text about substitutions and are very communicative. Others just grab a few items and never text about a goddamn thing regarding out of stock items and deliver your very incomplete order. You can complain to management but that's where hope goes to die. But hey, Publix is right across the street!

I have done clicklist 3 times at this kroger, once went smoothly, the other 2 have been nightmares. Today I spent 1.5 hours waiting on my groceries that were "on the way out". Then after speaking with a manager that they are "doing the best they can" I just canceled the order and asked for some sort of compensation for my time and screaming 8 month old who was starving. I got an eye roll, and sigh, and a $10 gift card. I will not be back and recommend you either do your own shopping or go elsewhere!

I'm breaking up with Kroger today. We have been loyal customers for YEARS, but I cannot do one more week of their sub-par Click List service. Buyer beware: if you choose to pick up, you better hope Winston is working. He is the nicest and fastest person they have working Click List at this store. If he's not there, you will wait 30 minutes MINIMUM even if you give them a 15 minute heads up with the app. I have given this store benefit of the doubt for months knowing times are

management is horrible. 3 managers working hanging out chatting in the meat section. Front end needed help. no management visible in the front. one manager was taking his lunch to the office and he came out to bag grocery and left the cashiers wing it on their own

Due to wider variety of product we often shop Northlake Kroger, HOWEVER, We have a 3 yr old who loves the small carts at this store. But most importantly we come for Ms Mary! Ms Mary is always positive, helpful and loving. She lights up the produce section and always makes my 3 yr old and I smile. She is the reason we keep coming back to this specific store! Thank you Ms Mary!

I've done click list a few times. At first it was great. However, the last couple of times my order has been delayed and even lost. That wasn't the worst part about my experience this past Sunday night though. After being informed that my order had been lost I simply asked if I could just cancel then and I would return to the store and pick up my own items later. The following day I found that they charged me for the groceries. My husband and I have called numerous times now and still no refund and no groceries! I am beyond furious now. Never again.

My recent visit on last week,I stumbled on the uneven tiles in the aisles of the store. I was able to prevent myself from falling, but in meantime my foot slammed into wooden pallet which is holding the Kroger brand water. Would someone please see that the tiles are repaired. I still have a swollen and aching foot. I really do love my providence Kroger store.

I would like to inform the owner/manager that they need to educate and train their staff to care about the customer. I went through a tough time yesterday just trying to simply get my receipt printed. When I wouldn't leave without it, they found a way to get it to me and then I had it thrown at me on my way out of the store because I wouldn't leave without my receipt especially for the $50 gift card that I had purchased. I have lived in MJ for 10 years and have been going to this Kroger. It's getting worse, please fix it.

Best Kroger! Butchers are educated. Florist is very creative for any budget. Cashiers are friendly. Managers are working side by side with everyone else. We've been customers here since this location opened. It is such a wonderful store many original employees are still working in this same store.
