Logan's Roadhouse

Delicious as always. Sometimes you just feel compelled to indulge your inner meat lover. This is the place to satisfy your craving. Thankfully enough, when the menu states they have prime rib available on the weekends, they have a healthy enough supply that you may still find it on Sunday afternoon.

The MJ location continues to decline. For the last year, I have had a major complaint about every visit I've had. The cooks do NOT know how to cook a steak. The service is eternally slow. Tonight took over an hour and a half for two people to eat (no apps, just dinner). Not sure what is going on, but it's time for corporate to step in. For now, I'll take my business to Outback or Longhorn.

Was there about two years ago and it was fantastic. This time, the vegetables were over cooked, steak was paper thin. However, the service was fantastic.

I'm very dissatisfied with my experience at Logan's Roadhouse. I placed a carryout out order in person and the hostess asked for my phone number so they could contact me when my food was ready. I waited and waited some more until 45 minutes had passed. Finally I spoke with a server 15 minutes later, who said the hostess was aware my dinner was ready. After a full hour I recievd a luke warm and soggy meal!!! Apparently, no one wanted to take responsibility for the mistake, which could have been avoided if the staff would have followed procedure. I wouldn't recommend Logan's Roadhouse to anyone.

The table behind us stayed cluttered with dirty dishes for 45 minutes before it was cleared. Two of our five orders were more than 10 minutes late coming out compared to the rest of our food. The manager took care of those two orders so I do give them credit for that but it was a disappointing visit for our family. I do not think we will be back. This is truly disappointing as Logan's is one of our go-to restaurants.

Compared to location in Smyrna it's like night and day. The restuarant was quite busy but were still sat immediately and were in and out with in an hour. The smyrna location wanted us to wait 45 minutes to be seated in a nearly empty restaurant just a week ago. If we want Logan's we will drive the extra 15 minutes from La Vergne to get great service.

This was the best Logan’s experience I have ever had!!!!

I ordered a sirloin medium well it was well and dry. My daughter ordered primerib the same way and hers was worse than mine. The staff was friendly and attentive. But this was my second time going to Logan's and it will the last. The first time was in Clarksville and it was about the same.

Before we even sat down the place was a mess every where. Many many tables were dirty and there was a half empty restaurant with dirty tables and a 20 minute wait. It takes 3 people I guess to take names and seat people. If two of those people bussed tables and helped get water and silverware out, the place would run much smoother. I don’t know where the manager was, maybe cooking I have no idea. If things were different I would have left. I felt like I had to write this before we ate, maybe someone would see it

My family had their Christmas dinner there in the room with the fireplace. Food good and service great!

I was very disappointed in the food. I ordered the Surf and Turf which came with Steak a shrimp skewer on a bed of rice pilaf with a side of your choice. The steak was decent and had good flavor just very chewy. As far as the shrimp It was completely cold, rubbery and the rice it came on was no joke about 3 bites of rice. Once I ask the waitress about the rice I was told the kitchen was stingy with the rice and the picture on the menu is misleading. I explained to here that was false advertising when paying $15 for a meal you should get what's expected. All she kept doing was saying the same thing about the kitchen staff. That they are stingy with the rice. Not to mention it took forever to get and the only refill on my tea offered was when we were fixing to leave. I definitely will not be going back

The food was very good, orders arrived quickly and was cooked perfectly. The new bacon bourbon glaze was excellent as well as the new bacon appetizer.

I ordered a medium steak..Came out burnt and potato had nothing on it...Ask for check and left..Server seemed frustrated cause he kept apologizing to all his tables..They were all upset food was wrong or not received..Sent email to Corporate

It is hard for me to choose which was better, the great food (of course, I had the Choice Sirloin Steak, done medium, with Loaded Baked Potato and Steamed Broccoli from the American Roadhouse Meal menu) or the great service by a very friendly and helpful young lady. Logan's is my "Go To" place for any special occasion (this time it was for my son's birthday).

Good Logan's in Smryna & Mt. Juliet; one in Antioch closed due to sub par everything & general nastiness!! Hope these 2 remaining in our area step it up to the greatness Logan's used to be known for...so far they are on the right track!
