The service was so bad that it's the worst customer service I ever seeing took my family for dinner today, and they have no respect
like if you employees don't want to work, it's not our fault to have a bad experience

I enjoy the food at longhorn and this location has really improved. My food was fresh and prepared as ordered. I use the pickup and it was busy but not bad given that the parking lot was full. The appetizers are okay, although I would avoid the chicken appetizers as freshness of the appetizers has been an issue for me.

Every single time I order to go I am ALWAYS missing something!!!! When I order it and pay for it, what I expect is to receive it… Then let’s mention how long it takes if I do curb side pick up…. By the time you bring it to my car I’ve already checked in and waited an additional 20-30 minutes and my food is ice cold. These two things alone make me not want to come back.

I've been to Longhorn many times and enjoyed dining there. Today's lunch wasn't up to the usual experience though. We had french onion soup, steak salad, and wild west shrimp. Fr onion soup wasn't soup, but mostly mush with cheese that wasnt melted. The rest of the food (steak & shrimp) wasn't hot enough. The wild west shrimp was very greasy. Service was very good though.

I ordered the Longhorn steak and was very disappointed with flavor, temperature and how tough it was. Now service was amazing but not so for my steak.

They are doing what they can with the rampant inflation and smaller workforce.

Just went for dinner, server was not good at all, the barely listened to us. Had to ask 3 times for lemon, when water was asked for with lemon. Had to ask twice or remind them about wine that was ordered. Initially did not receive the correct steak. Had to flag them down to request it be corrected.Second steak not cooked properly, but just dealt with it and took it in a to go box. Never asked about a refill til we were done eating. I'm certain they weren't happy with their tip, but there is no way that service was deserving. I wish we had just stayed home with service and food like that.

The food was average. Notjing just over the top. I have eaten better steaks, and I have had worse steaks. The service was good for a big group.

First let me start by saying I rarely leave any reviews good or bad. The only reason I decided to leave one today is because this Longhorn has been so GREAT in the past that I hope someone in management reads this and gets this fixed. This is our go to spot for good food in Mt Juliet and they normally nail it. We went in to celebrate 2 birthday’s last evening. There were a total of 6 in our party. Waiter was very good and quick getting to us and keeping us what we needed the entire visit. They get 5 stars on the service. I ordered the 12oz ribeye with a baked potato. The potato was so cold the butter wouldn’t even melt and was half cooked at best. Thought, oh well came for the steak anyway. I bite into my nearly $30 steak same thing cold! The seasoning that was on that thing was like a piece of country ham, so salty! Also I know ribeyes, and they have fat, but this whole thing was like one big piece of fat, very little meat at all! The table behind us was having the same issues. The only reason I leave 2 stars is because all the others in our party said their food was good. I’ll give it another try but not likely to do a steak there again.

The worst experience I've ever had at a Longhorns. Mount Juliet location. We wont be back. The appetizer spinach dip chips were burnt and super greasy, You ran out of Mr. Pibb and didn't even take off of the bill. Waitress was super slow and acted like she didn't care about anything. She had 2 tabkes and it took forever to get a drink and no refills ever of water or drinks. My parmesan crusted chicken was over cooked burnt on the bottom. I'm so disappointed in this Longhorn. I think you need to change the oil or change the fry cook. 1 app 3 meals 80.00 plus TIP. Won't be back here again.
