Was hopeful for a smooth experience picking up from here after reading the reviews... And I was not disappointed. 3pm appointment, checked in at 1230 and given a door immediately. Light turned green within 5 minutes of the last time I felt the trailer move. Went into office and paperwork was ready. Out the gate at 140. Friendly staff, clean facility, room to maneuver.

Appt at 3 p.m. central time. Came in at 11 a.m. put me right in a door and loading me , very friendly people as well

Very good place to work most of the people are really helpful and friendly. The management works with you if you have issues good benefits great pay would recommend looking for a job here.

These ppl r all "professionals"...& it "smells" soooooo freakin good n-side..I didn't wanna leave..

This place is completely unorganized. Had a 1300 apt, signed in but they could not find my load info. Finally got a dock door, been sitting for awhile still have empty trailer. Trailer needs to be pre-cooled to -10°F with load lock in trailer.
30 minutes check in/out. Precool -10
