The person at window seemed like he didn’t want to be there. Ordered very simple order 2 happy meals, large fries and 2 coffees. The guy gave me one coffee, I told him it was 2 he said no. He looks at his screen and says you’re right. He proceeds to tell me to wait in reservation bay one. He would bring out. 10 minutes later we go in and he says he forgot. Also forgot the kids juice box and I found a hair in our fries. I understand it’s McDonald but the service is terrible even for a McDonalds.

This place is full of a bunch of idiotic teenagers who stand around talking, I waited almost 10 minutes because the boys in the window were goofing off. There is an older gentleman who is usually on the first drive through window who’s very nice. My main complaint is about the teenagers here.

I visited the Mt Juliet McDonald’s and ordered 2 steak biscuits with round egg and extra onions. I get to my job and it’s bagels with folded eggs and very little onions. I went back to the store a couple weeks after due to calling and getting no answer. I go in and explain that my order was wrong etc and the manager tells me too bad. Customer service is crap nowadays and I want to speak to the upper management due to the crappy attitudes they had about it. The problem started the day I ordered my food and the counter person hardly spoke any English. It’s sad this is the world we live in that people have no care about taking care of their customers at all!!
This location is absolutely doesn't care about customer satisfaction they made my sandwich wrong and they were so rude about it terrible customer service for sure

Placed an order on the app about 2130. My debt card was charged. Pulled up the drive-thru speaker. I sit there for a few minutes. Some dude came out and said the location was closed. He was a maintenance guy, not from McDonalds. I pull up to the window, and there is a note on the window, "We are closing at 8pm tonight." There were no McDonald's staff members available. I couldn't talk to anyone about getting my money back. The person in charge could have disabled the app or something to let customers know they were closing early. Now I'm out $12 with no food. This location is bad on customer service. I want my money back McDonald's!
