Had a 10+ minute wait in the drive thru. What I originally ordered wasn't available, so at the pay window they asked if I wanted to substitute it. I agreed to that. When I got to the second window, the manager told me they did not have my substitute option, so I asked for it to be reimbursed. He said no, but he could give me a cookie...i said I didnt want a cookie and he offered me a mcflurry. I said okay because I was in a hurry and didnt want to argue anymore. Eventually I got a bag of food, with my sandwich missing. I asked them if I could have it, because I paid for it. They took another 3 minutes to discuss with each other (with my sandwich in a bag they were holding) if I already got the sandwich. Finally they gave me the bag they were holding for 3 minutes, and I left. The fries were cold and unsalted, and the sandwich was spicy when I ordered a regular sandwich. Hate to be this person, but this service was really bad today.

This is how I received my fry today. Barely filled halfway (and no bag fries). I feel like every time I try to order from this location, there is always an issue with something in my order.

This McDonald's has been my go-to spot for years. The French fries are always crispy and hot, as if they were just fried. The Chicken McNuggets are perfectly cooked to a golden brown, never overcooked or dry. The quality of the food here is consistently good, which is why I keep coming back.
Today, I ordered a Happy Meal because they are currently giving out four Pokémon cards as the toy. My kids absolutely loved it! They were so excited to open the pack and see which cards they got. It’s great that McDonald's offers fun promotions like this, making meals even more enjoyable for kids.
However, if you're ordering online for curbside pickup or drive-thru, I highly recommend double-checking your order to make sure everything is correct. Today, Iordered extra fries as the side for my Happy Meal, but I received apple slices instead. When I informed the staff, they quickly corrected the mistake and gave me the extra fries. I appreciate their willingness to fix errors, but it's always a good idea to check your order before leaving. Sometimes, they also forget to include dipping sauces, so keep that in mind as well.
Now that my kids are older, we don’t dine inside as often. However, when they were younger, we spent countless afternoons at this location’s playground. It was always clean, well-designed, and most importantly, safe for kids. We made so many wonderful memories here, and I appreciate that this McDonald's has always been a welcoming place for families.
Kid-friendliness: There is a playroom with tables and a playground that kids will love.

I come here on average once a month and service usually sucks here. But today I was impressed! I wonder if new people took over? Not only was the food fresh and hot, but came in a timely manner, and was NOT screwed up. Came up to the counter to ask for a fork and in less than 10 seconds, an employee asked what I needed and gave me a fork no problem! This is RARE at this McDonald's! I hope service stays this way!

Today I went to a McDonald's where I usually go up to three times a week because it is close to my work. A young man with a disability works there who has always been very kind and cordial, one of the most attentive people I have ever met.
When I placed my order, it was delivered to me by a man who spoke Spanish and was wearing headphones, apparently attending the drive-thru at the same time. I realized they didn't include ketchup in my order, so I asked for some. The young man with disabilities kindly gave me several sauces. However, another Hispanic employee who also works at the restaurant corrected him in front of all the customers, indicating that he had given too many.
At that point, a manager stepped in and supported the correction, explicitly saying:
“If the order is small, a sauce is given; if it is medium, two; and if it is large, three.”
What bothered me was not the restaurant's policy, but the lack of tact in correcting the young man in public. Also, I wonder why the employee delivering the orders didn't apply that rule from the beginning if he already knew about it.
I think these types of situations reflect the need for better training in personnel management. Not only to ensure that the rules are followed, but also to foster a more respectful and professional work environment.

Too many wrong orders, forgotten items, neglectful service, broken machine…very careless management unfortunately. Hope you guys make some changes. McDonald’s is a household name, you don’t need to worry about marketing, it’s just embarrassing at this point. Going to go to the Hermitage one from now on. It’s sad that Mt Juliet doesn’t have a good McDonalds.

Food was hot and fresh. Good for McDonald's. But I went through drive thru and, wow. It was slow! The line didn't seem that long, but it took probably 10 to 15 minutes to order, pay, and get my food. I wasn't in a hurry, so it wasn't a big deal to me and it might have been longer, I didn't time it. I was listening to a book in my car and got thru quite a bit while sitting there. At least my food hadn't been sitting when I got it, so they were making it fresh.

What can I say. It's McDonalds. Depends on when you go if your food taste fresh , fries is hot or hard, and if they get the order right. Always check your order before you leave the drive up window. Also, when ordering online, make sure you have your order up on your phone. I had a problem where they didn't get my order, even though I had my order number & had my statement of where i had
pay for it. They argued with me, manager on duty couldn't speak fluent English . It was a cluster, to say the least. They finally got my food when they saw i wasn't leaving without it. I was holding the line up (inside). They probably spit on my food. I actually hate going to this McDonalds & will not be back.
