Something wrong order online for pickup is cheaper than ordering in store... something is wrong here... when I asked they didn't seem to have an answer but prices go up.... I checked while in the store... yea Did message owner and will not visit any of their franchises... ill figure them out....
UPDATE THEY CLAIM THE APP GIVES A DISCOUNT TO USE IT, YES IF YOU HAVE THE POINTS ON THAT APP MY PERSONNEL APP DOES NOT GIVE ME ANY DISCOUNT my wife does because she uses it daily for grandaughter... I will never ever patronize any franchise owned by grayfamily... per their receipts.. straight up theft is all I see, but your choice, id find another mcdonalds not owned or operated by them

Do NOT go here. The customer service was absolutely ridiculous. I could hear employees arguing from where I was sitting. They would speak in Spanish but I could understand that the managers were being difficult and would yell at their employees for anything. I overheard one of the younger girls saying they were going to report one of the managers for sexually harassing them. Disgusting.

This location is hit or miss when it comes to the food. The fries are rarely freshly cooked but the burger often is. Service is pretty efficient but definitely not friendly for the most part. Yesterday was the first time that the person who handed me the order actually smiled and said something. It was a pleasant surprise.

I’m taking this location to court and sue you for millions of dollars for discrimination and harassment. When I get done with you, this location will be out of business. The manager came into bathroom while I was peeing and said I smell. I’m a regular customer and I don’t tolerate or appreciate how I was treated. I will put this on the news also for all to hear and see! When I went to confront him, he said I tore his bathroom up. I never did that, he can’t accuse someone for doing something they didn’t do. Don’t waste your time or energy at this location. Looking forward to this location being shut down and all employees don’t have a job!

I’ve given this location multiple chances, but the service continues to decline. I had two separate orders with add-ons, and they still couldn’t get them right. When I checked my order in the drive-thru — which I feel is necessary because mistakes happen here often — the staff looked annoyed with me instead of simply fixing the issue.
What bothered me most was the manager, Mario. After I pointed out the mistake for the second time, he said something in Spanish to the staff, and they all started laughing. I don’t know exactly what was said, but it felt disrespectful and unprofessional. No customer should be treated that way.
This location needs better management and a team that actually cares about customer service. Very disappointing. Do better. I’m actually filing a complaint with Corporate.

They originally did not give us our full order. Then, when we went to pick up the rest of our food, which was 2 plain cheeseburgers, we waited over 20 minutes and everyone including the store manager was very rude to us and did not care about our situation.

I like this place, we typically swing in for sausage burritos for the kids and they love it. My egg McMuffin is always the same, quality control is spot on. That is always appreciated. There is a remodel going on now, that will be nice when completed.

The worst experience I’ve had as a doordasher! I would never come here to purchase anything! Staff is unbelievably rude ignored and entire line of people couldn’t get a single one of them to come help! One person could be heard SCREAMING “can I clock out now” instead of jumping in and helping they walked slow as a turtle around “helping”. I would have sent them home so fast after the attitude they showed! Unbelievably annoyed at this location. The manager is a total jerk he screamed “DOORDASH” I went to the counter and he walked away from me when I tried to claim items. Manager needs management classes and staff needs help. Witnessed an employee placing happy meal boxes on the floor and then stacking them together meaning the floor box was now on the inside of other happy meal boxes DISGUSTING!
