eh . walked in and there were 4 employees . not one said hi hello or welcome in . just ignored me. A couple comes in after me and they greet them. I had my meta classes on so i replayed it and even the last with the big boot on her leg walked past and didn’t even say anything . not a welcoming atmosphere . wouldn’t ever tell anyone to come here

We visited this business on Saturday 2/8 specifically for the chocolate covered strawberry Bundt cake. We were told they did not have any more but would have some the next day. We made a special trip on Sunday 2/9 to purchase the cakes they said they would have. The same lady greeted us, stating that she remembered us from yesterday. She said not only did they not have any chocolate covered strawberry.. they needed to bake strawberry cream Bundt cakes. They didn’t offer to make us any to pick up later. So.. we left two days in a row without the cake we were looking for. Extremely poor service and we will not be back.

I was told for a little extra $ I could pick my own mixed dozen. I picked them—thee gave me a pre-packed box with 0/12 of what I picked. NOT A SINGLE THING I PICKED AND PAID EXTRA FOR was in the box. I called and asked nicely for someone to call me back and correct this mistake. I WAS IGNORED. THIS BUSINESS DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR SERVICE. CHECK YOUR ORDERS 2x before you leave the store and dont expect any help

I ordered theConversation Hearts of the 12 cakes and I'm very disappointed with what i received today. The cakes are literally the size of my palm. Which is very sad for the amount of money that was spent. This was my first time ordering from Nothing Bundt Cakes and unfortunately makes me not want to return i could have had a real cake made instead. For someone who doesn't know anything about the baking sizes or anything about this place the website should have more detail to explain. The Cake was decent but nothing to rave about.

II’m very disappointed that I bought a cake from here. I have purchased cakes here before and never had a problem. My husband’s birthday is today. I bought the cake yesterday only to cut the cake and realized cake was very dried out. It looked and tasted over cooked.The icing didn’t even taste good. I called the store to ask questions and inquire about the cake. I spent $43. She offered me a bundlet that is really small and I drove a long way to receive a dried out cake. Really an apology would have been appreciated. Pray that they do better and no one will have to experience this.
First timer, driving down the road he was shocked I have not tried the Nothing Bundt before. I see why now! Amazingly delicious, staff was friendly and knowledgeable and made my choice a breeze. Love the quaint little trinket sections that were both heart warming and hilarious.White chocolate raspberry this time will need a punch card!

Outstanding cakes. The cakes alone are great but add that awesome icing and it is wonderful. Best cake I have ever had. Prices are reasonable. I live in Donelson and it is well worth the drive.Their staff is very friendly and helpful. The individual size (bundtlets) are just the right size for 1 or 2. I just can't say enough great things about everything. Luv it. ??

Wife loves this place so I've had almost everything on the menu which is quite diverse in it's offerings. We've gone in but also ordered through UberEATS. We generally get the bundtlet bundle box and pick a few favorites for each of us along with sampling a few new flavors. Always delicious!
