I can't say enough good things about Between the Lakes Nutrition in Mount Juliet. I've been working at a firework stand for the past two weeks in scorching temperatures without AC or much sleep, unable to leave the stand for break at times.

The owners at Between the Lakes Nutrition have been a blessing. Despite their busy schedules, they took the time to bring me a large drink from their shop, one of their specialty drinks that I love. Their kindness and generosity have made a world of difference.

In today's world, it's rare to find business owners who go out of their way to help someone struggling in such heat. Their incredible compassion and selflessness are truly appreciated.

Words don't describe how much I LOVE this place! The owners are amazing and always helpful when you have questions about the products. The Cherry Starburst is so delicious from the standing specialty tea menu! I am so glad they are open early on weekdays to be able to have tea on my way to work!

I've gone in twice now, and will definitely be back a 3rd. The strawberry cheesecake shake and protein bites are to die for. My last visit I tried the Aquaman tea, not only was it good it also worked and was a great pick me up to keep my day going. I highly recommend going in, they have lots of options and will have something for you.

My wife really enjoyed her strawberry cheesecake milkshake. It was a nice treat for her as she recovers from surgery. This place is nicely decorated and service was fantastic

I am absolutely hooked on Nutrition Nova. To start, the staff are always amazing and friendly with great recommendations. I’ve been to Nova probably 100 + times and have become a creature of habit. The Firefly tea is my absolute jam. It’s a peach mango base and it’s exquisite

Stopped in for the first time today and was greeted with super friendly faces. The girls working helped me understand the menu and have great recommendations for what I was looking for. Can’t wait to keep trying more!

My favorite addiction is seeing my favorite girls and getting my favorite tea!! I love the location, the staff and every tea or shake that I try. The vibe is welcoming, the girls are friendly and it makes me want to keep going back. Best of all, I can get some to go to keep on hand at work or at home in case I need a pick me up or if I can't get out. Beast, a beauty tea, is my all time favorite!

I had a bad day on Tuesday where I dropped my entire nova outside right after I bought it. Today my husband stopped in to get me another one and after telling them why he was here, they replaced my spilled one for free! Such incredible service and thoughtfulness!! Thank you!!!

The best health drink place I have been to. The drinks are awesome, the ladies that work there are amazing. I recommend this place for anyone.
