I went to Nutrishop in Mt. Juliet yesterday and received the best customer service I have had in a long time. The Assistant Manager Andy Holt helped me. He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions. I was looking for a supplement to help me focus and not have brain fog. He suggested a supplement called Brain Space. He asked detailed questions about what goals I was trying to achieve before making his recommendation. He not only suggested it. He also gave me a sample to try. He also takes the same supplement so he was able to honestly tell me how well the supplement works. He was so nice and even made the sample of the supplement while I was there. By the time I got home and started cleaning I could tell a difference already. I went straight back and bought the supplement. This is only my second day of taking the Brain Space and I can already tell the difference in my energy level and my focus. Thank you so much Andy for your recommendations and assistance. I look forward to being a long term customer of Nutrishop! Thank you for your help!

All the guys are incredibly knowledgeable of not only supplements but every aspect of nutrition. The manager went over labels of the supplements I was taking and helped inform me of what I was putting in my body. Nutrashop Mt Juliet is the only place I go to get the highest quality supplements.

I love this shop I don’t even live in the area and always drive an hour to come here to get my supplements the whole staff is incredible. Everyone was very informative and patient with me. They explained everything to me so I could understand it and did not push with sales. They educated me on what I was doing incorrectly and how to take the right steps to correct it without spending a lot of money or really spending any money at all.. I have already sent people over to become educated as well. I can't thank them enough!

I highly recommend this place. You are always greeted at the store. The staff is friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable whether it’s about working out or just improving your health in general such as: nutritional plans, methylated supplements, or the DNA test they offer. If they don’t know the answer, they will look it up for you right then and there. I recently got the DNA test done. It was by far the best price I’ve found, and it included an in-person consultation where we went over my results, how it impacts my health, and what I could do about it.

Very knowledgeable and not pushing in terms of trying to sell you something. Everyone I’ve spoken with here just gives you the information and lets you make your own decision. Will absolutely be returning and recommend to anyone looking to get healthy and improve their life.
