A visit to this little shop is a must ! It’s decorated for every season and holiday and the staff is kind, engaging and helpful. I’m big on the Oreo pumpkin cheesecake and any one of the teas! Their decor for Christmas is just amazing in Grinchland this year !

Nutrition Nova is more than a nutritional tea and shake place, it's a vibe, a community. Haley and team are top notch! Great and healthy drink and snack options plus the best customer service there is. Nutrition Nova is like going to a friend's house, welcoming and fun. It's the best in town!

This is a gem in Mt Juliet. The smoothies are amazing, especially double protein after a workout. The teas are refreshing and full of flavor. I had to add a few Christmas “Elf” dates photos. This screams to me what an amazing staff they have. Fun and kind only scratches the surface.
