Not the best service and very slow. Placed an order online, they were out of multiple items I ordered. Instead of someone calling or sending an email to notify us, they waited until we showed up 30 minutes later to pick up the food then tell us they were out of several items so we then had to wait another 30 minutes for chicken tenders and fries to be cooked.

Terrible experience here last night. We ordered over $100 of food and the only thing even close to being good was the caramel pie. Chicken tenders WAY over cooked and were more like chicken jerkey. Potato soup was disgusting - no bacon or cheese, just very undercooked potatoes and broth. Cheese wedges were barely cooked and the pasta was also old and gross. Needless to say we won't be ordering from them ever again!

We got curbside pick up and had to wait almost 10 minutes after the scheduled time. I didn't get my side order of salad and got a very small portion for my entrée. The catfish sandwich that my wife got was all bread and very little catfish!!! It was not good. The asparagus she got was also super over done and not seasoned at all. Overall bad service and bad food.

Like one star is absolutely too much but we waited usual time for a Saturday night about 30 mins to be sat with 9 of us. I was impressed except they sat us in 2 booths. Anyways the server was friendly but she couldn’t remember to bring everything at the same time. So after about 20-30 mins of us ordering our drinks she came back and finally took our food order and brought our alcoholic drinks. So after a hour and a half of waiting on our food we finally got up found the manager and left bc we still did not have our food. So ok there was like 5-6 other tables there so not a full house. I do understand being short staffed bc I am a manager in food service but if your not able to accommodate full seating then close off half idk. But it was my wife’s first time there and definitely our last time!!!

Wanted to try it out. Have seen several of these places around. I was disappointed. Fish and chips were lousy, worst I've had. Cajun chicken pasta... yeah right. Sad attempt. Normally I would give places a second chance. Not this time. Will not go back, ever. Suggest that no one else does either.

Food is mediocre at best. O'Charley's has been going downhill. They used to be so good, but now they're not good.Loaded Potato Soup was a huge disappointment. What happened to the original recipe? Why did they change it? They shouldn't have changed it.

Slow service. Place was nearly empty. Ordered medium rare steak. Got nearly well done cold steak. Waitress checked once to see if everything was ok.....before the meal was delivered.

First and last time at this location. PLEASE FIRE THE COOK BECAUSE THEY CANT COOK! My son ordered shrimp pasta, it was so dry. My steak and chicken tenders was burnt. I talked to the manager and he brought out more over cooked chicken tenders. It was a total waste of money.

We had Stacey as our server! Let me just say that everything was wonderful, other than two issues but they were swiftly and happily fixed for us! Our meal was taken care of and she offered us both free pies for the mess up. She’s a single mom and part time nurse with an amazing smile and attitude!! Also the male Manager (wasn’t able to catch his name) came to our table to apologize and let us know they fixed it with once again, an amazing attitude! Our meal was comped but we were not stingy with our tip! Please know that you do not have to be rude to your server or the manager for them to do the right thing! We would have gladly tipped her again and again for the amazing service. We will be back and requesting Stacey again!! Also she handled that crazy rush like a boss!
We came here a few times cause we were staying near by and we always got seated right away but while waiting to be seated we were always hearing the employees complaining about managers and what not even when they saw us standing there. The food was good and always came out hot minus the time I got thsi catfish poboy that came out cold and saugy. Decent waitresses and quick with refills. Price is alright compared to portions. Always plenty of parking.

Sunday lunch. Seated upon arrival. Waitress was polite, positive/upbeat, communicated with us about any delay. She was working 5 different tables from 2 - 7 guest per table. Food was prepared and served within timely manners, cold foods were chilled and hot foods were at correct temps. Thank you for an awesome lunch and keeping our drinks topped off.

Well my food, ribs , sweet potatoes and Mac n cheese, was cold. ( also the Mac n cheese is a small cup of macaroni w a bit of cold shredded cheese on top. Only time in my entire life I've ever heard of such a thing) She said if you want cheese sauce you have to ask for the loaded Mac n cheese) lol Anyway I told them it was cold. They took it into the kitchen but Didn't come back and no servers on the floor for awhile, finally one came out and I flagged him down. He went to check and the manager came out and said all their microwaves were broken. Finally the food was back , hot and delicious however my husband was nearly finished eating. The manger came out and apologized and offered us free cobbler. It was brought out cold. They were very good about trying to make it right. And discounted our bill, So we'll go again and see how it goes next time. They have wonderful hot rolls and butter/
