Terrible experience - our server (Ben or something) keeps chatting with his friends sitting in the table next to us. My wife asked for a drink refill and it took a while coz he had to stop by his friend’s table to chat for 5 minutes, dishes for the sides not cleared, and the food took forever until someone else just brought it to us and the guy who brought it even asked our server “was this for your table?” He asked us if we wanted more breadsticks but then went back to talking with his friends. We already finished eating and our bread never arrived. What a mess. These young kids whine about not getting good tips but yet here we are. So yea, first time in a very long time I did not leave a tip. We only revisited dining here cause they brought back the gorgonzola steaks- but even that didn’t taste as good as before. Should've just let the past be the past LOL - im over it

Service was nice, food was great. Only critique was they sat us in a zone that made it super tight woth the table next to use when there were empty tables nearby. That would have made the meal more enjoyable.

The unlimited soup salad and bread sticks can't be beat. The rest of the experience could get better

Breadsticks were burnt, salad was DRENCHED in sauce, Marsala was literal gravy and, to top everything off, the potatoes served with the chicken Marsala were so clearly curdled that I can’t believe that they made it to the table. Our waitress was amazing. Other than that, PLEASE never come here. It’s bordering on a health hazard.

First time I’ve ever been disappointed in an Olive Garden experience, I’m a server myself so I take it pretty easy on my judgement of restaurants, but I was very disappointed last night when my family and I decided to stop by after my daughters gymnastics. We were starving. So 1st problem was we were sat at a dirty table it was not wiped down and I was grossed out, but again starving so stayed. Not a soul in sight we arrived when it cleared out. Our food took a long time and I could tell it all had been sitting in the window for a while. The banana pepper in the salad my daughter went to eat one and it was covered in mold. We showed the server she said sorry and carried on. We all have been sick to our stomachs this morning, I told my oldest daughter (17) about our experience this morning. She told me she hasn’t gone back to that specific Olive Garden since her and her boyfriend had diarrhea for two days after they last ate there. I’ve never had a bad experience at an Olive Garden it was my first job when I was 18. This location is the location we have used for many years, I was so grossed out and should’ve just listened to myself and left after the table and banana pepper, the server rubbed me wrong as well, but we still tipped. We will never be back to this location and we felt the unorganized and uncleanliness so bad.

I had ordered food today. Due to bad weather they stated they couldn’t curbside and I had to get wet with my daughter for such an unethical behavior.

If OLIVE GARDEN can’t provide and umbrella or jackets to their employees I see Mount Juliet Plive Gardne may close or should be closed.

We chose to come in tonight because we had traveled from Oklahoma to Maryland and were on our way back and needed a rest so we got a nearby hotel and decided we needed a quiet laid-back dinner.

It wasn't busy when we came in and was seated immediately. We should've taken some notation to the unhappy table seated next to us as we started a light conversation with them. They didn't get service as expected and they had kids, both quiet as a mouse might I add. She didn't enlighten us exactly what the problem was as she was the most polite forgiving person we've met on this trip but she wasn't happy. We had a different server than she did but she noted before leaving she never got refills.

Our waitress did okay but I don't know if she was just so busy with other things she was just distracted, so we tried to give her some grace since it was close to closing. We were already tired from long travels so honestly she didn't have to do a whole lot to keep us happy.

What annoyed the hell out of the whole restaurant was the other waitstaff and hosts who had nothing better to do but stand in the front lobby and talk at concert-level loudness about their business that NOBODY wanted to hear. They continued the conversation the minute we sat down til almost the time we were getting up to leave, where you could hear them in the back of the house talking. We looked for managers but saw no one during the entirety of our visit as we weren't the only ones upset by the rudeness of this nonsense. We couldn't enjoy our meals with all the noise it was unreal. The laughing and horse-playing were so unprofessional for Olive Garden that we will have to rethink ever visiting. We've always enjoyed coming into the chain in Oklahoma where it's very professional, the employees are dressed in exemplary, and it is quiet; you can talk across the table and be heard.
We would've probably stayed and bought dessert like we usually do but had enough.
If this many front-of-the-house employees need redirection speaks extreme volumes about the location. You sure didn't have people in the back goofing off.

No flavor in the food. Service was pretty good, a bit delayed on small things and didn’t sing happy birthday to my mom 😏

Always know what you're gonna get as far as food (fairly consistent), decent atmosphere, service is the 'hit and miss' element - but tonight it was GOOD. Enjoyed the soup, salad, and breadsticks alot.
