I ordered at the drive thru for lunch today. Kung Pao chicken w/super greens. Nobody in line and still had to wait. The lady at the window was not friendly at all, would it hurt to say thank you back when I said thank you. When I got home to eat, there were only a few peices of chicken...6-7 small ones. Did there protein portions go down? I basically ate a bowl of vegetables and peanuts. I don't plan on going back, never really left there happy with the service, service time or food portions.

Food quality is standard Panda expectations. Every time I stop at this location I am told 1 of the dishes needs 6-7 mins to be ready. That's fine I don't mind waiting for a few minutes for a dish. I am always asked to pull around and park in the front, and my food will be brought to me. This is also something I am ok with. However, every single time I have been forgotten about, and have had to go in and demand my food after waiting 20-25 minutes. Tonight was no exception to this continued experience. I counted 7 cars that went through after I did and were served before I went in to get my food. Which was sitting on the drive thru counter just cooling off. No one was walking this out to me. It would have died on the counter had I not gone in for it.

I placed an order for their larger plate online and had it delivered. The plate was supposed to come with 2 servings of the black pepper steak. What I got was a bunch of under cooked veggies a very little meat. At this point they should just robe you at gun point to take your money and give such a terrible thing that doesn't even resemble what you ordered.they are ruining panda express' reputation and I ordered from them all over the country as I'm a trucker. I have ordered the same exact dish from the Lebanon and elm hill locations and the food was a thousand times better. Who ever the manager is and the cook should either be fired or retrained immediately. Cause I will never order from this location and would warn anyone from doing likewise
