CAUTION - we were served Cockroach last night 3/25/24. Upon my request for the contaminated food to be tossed out due to public health and safety concerns, the staff did nothing and continued to serve the contaminated food. The staff mentioned there was no manager on duty to take our complaint and or to approve a refund for the contaminated food they served us. They said I’d need to callback tomorrow. I’ve called 6 times so far and the phone just rings until the call gets dropped. No voicemail either.I WILL UPDATE SOON!

Decent Chinese meal, nothing to rave about. Rice and chow mein are not of good quality. The saving grace is Kung pao chicken, rest all are average at best.

Always check your order at the drive through!!! Missed part of my order for the second time in less than a month and then asked me to drive 20 miles back to the store for a refund because I paid cash. Kept getting apologies and "unfortunately, we have no other options". Could have mailed me a gift card for the difference, or come up with another way to deal with it but the leadership at this location made their mistake my problem - horrible customer service both in the quality control on the order and then how they treated me as a customer. Not impressed at all!!!

This is the first time i've been to a panda in several years. The service was great. I was greeted with a smile. The store was very clean and very well-lit. The young man named, Yusif was very kind and served me. The bathroom was very clean. Great store and fast service. I will be back.

I always regret eating here. The rice tastes like dirty sink water. The proteins are very generic tasting and chewy. The service is also spotty. Last time I visited I got home and my order was completely wrong.
