I ordered an ice latte and cinnamon roll. I asked for the roll to be warmed up and I was told they’re unable to do that but I can go microwave it myself. You serve hot food, why can’t you warm something up? And the best is then the system asks for a tip. A tip for you to say here, go heat up your own food. Geee thanks.
The reason for the two stars is because (after I heated up) the cinnamon roll was very good.
The vanilla latte syrup is simply not good. It almost has a burnt taste to it.
I don’t see how Panera is still in business.

I ordered delivery for soup, I am very sick. The apps messed up and my order never showed. I called the restaurant to see if i could reorder and the manager did so much to help me.

I usually order to go, but my husband and I dined in for a change. The food is always good and I was very happy to see their Autumn Squash soup back on the menu. If you haven't tried this soup you must see what the hype is all about. Very delicious!

I dropped by on my way to church for a quick bite. The cashier is so friendly and welcomed me with a big smile. I ordered the spinach bacon souffle and 3 pieces of creme brulee bites. Didn't disappoint us. Yummm..

Me and my husband ordered a late dinner: a breadbowl with broccoli cheddar soup and a cup of chicken and rice soup on 11/6/25. We woke up at the exact same time at 3am with horrible food poisoning!! It's been over 24 hrs and we're both not 100% better yet. I will not order from this Panera ever again, and you shouldn't either if you value your stomach!

Messy. Lost my order. Had to wait half an hour for a small order. Staff did not seem competent in their job. Worst Panera experience I've ever had.
Seriously frustrating dealing with the staff here. Had an issue with the payment on the kiosk, ended up needing to do a split payment on two cards, so I went to the counter. Took a minute to get their attention, the three young employees were chatting and laughing behind the counter. The one who came up couldn’t figure out how to do a split payment, asked the manager for help, when he instructed her on how to do it she came back and still couldn’t figure it out and just told me “I don’t think I can figure this out, I’m sorry!” So I left. So frustrating.

I simply ordered a bagel and coffee, they were out of coffee and told me it will take 20 minutes, they were out of all types of coffee including the hideous tasting Hazelnut coffee. I got a smug reply, just like you get in government offices, no apology or offer to refund. I left and never going back. I don't think anyone will read this and do something about it. I felt they don't want you come back. Customers who read this, please don't go back!
