I eat here frequently and for the most part the food is good. Some of the time there is not much meat on the sandwich and the avocados are brown. Unfortunately, most of the things I like have avocado on them. I ordered the egg white and avocado breakfast sandwich to go. I chose to put it on a croissant instead of the multi grain bagel. I did not unwrap it until I got to work. It is really sad that someone is getting paid to serve food that looks like mine did. The standards have really gone down. So much that I hesitate to eat these days unless I don't have time before I leave home. So I took the avocado off the sandwich and cleaned all the brown off of it and then sliced it as it should have been and put it back on the sandwich. The tomatoes wear also mushy but at least they were sliced. There are 2 pictures, one as it is shown on the app menu and mine.

This location is pretty good. The food is usually accurate and service is fine but they could use another busser to clean tables because they stay dirty a long time

Again, a disappointment. The cheese bagel had a little cheese on top, but the bread was plain. It was convenient or we would not have gone.

I ordered a Ranch Cobb salad WITHOUT dressing. When I picked it up at the window, it was covered in dressing. I returned it and when a new salad was brought to my table, it was full of chicken (which is not in a ranch Cobb salad), no boiled egg, and no bacon in sight. Since I was with friends and I’d already had one mishap, I chose to eat it, but it wasn’t what I had ordered and I didn’t like the large slabs of chicken all over it. I felt like this was two rather significant mistakes with one order and I was not pleased.

It remains a "hit or miss" proposition with the chain. This particular location is one of their best. A good staff makes that difference.
Campbell was my cashier on 11/09. He went out of his way to be very polite and considerate to an older woman who was ordering before me. Thank you Campbell!!

The food and customer service is very good but the women’s bathroom are nasty. Bathrooms are something that management knows customers will see. If they're willing to let nasty bathroom, imagine what they let happen in the kitchen. ?
The food was ok, but the kitchen staff seemed to be a little overwhelmed. The pager rattled, although not everything was ready, and some parts were forgotten. The restaurant was not clean, dishes were piled up at the trash can. We won't be coming back.

First time here ! Dining area was filthy and had a sour smell. Women’s bathroom was filthy. No to go boxes & no lids for drinks. Cashier was very nice & helpful.

Needs a drive-thru. Please, for the love of God. It's why I didn't give 5/5.
Parking: Please be considerate how you park; I came out to my car to find I was trapped because someone parked right up against my driver door because the person next to them was double parked. I was stuck for 20 minutes. Thankfully it had just stopped raining when I came out.
This place really needs a drive-thru. Would help alleviate the parking. Like I just went in to pick up coffee and lunch to go.
