I simply ordered a bagel and coffee, they were out of coffee and told me it will take 20 minutes, they were out of all types of coffee including the hideous tasting Hazelnut coffee. I got a smug reply, just like you get in government offices, no apology or offer to refund. I left and never going back. I don't think anyone will read this and do something about it. I felt they don't want you come back. Customers who read this, please don't go back!

i ordered the strawberry chicken caprese salad with a baquet didn’t get that. i ordered the half salad but it was more like a quarter of a salad. ordered the blt chicken avocado salad and the avacoda was already brown and just a big chunk not even cut up. so much for lunch. waited about 15 minutes. the young girl checking me out was very nice.

Why pay for a special coffee when the barista basically just throws a cup at you and says make it yourself without even reading the order.
The floor was very sticky. The lady making the food was rude and made me feel dumb for looking at her and asking where my expresso shot was.
Went the food is already overpriced, you should at least treat your customers with respect.

We waited almost 30 min. For our food. When we finally went register be refunded to leave. There was no rea or diet coke at the drink stations and dirty dishes literally piled up at each of the trash receptacle and dish returns.
Got a take out order. Definitely should have checked it before I left. I paid $8+ for a you pick two salad that was supposed to have avocado and this is what I got. My salad also didn’t have cherry tomatoes when the menu clearly had it on there. I’m vegetarian and took the chicken off and still paid full price, which is what it is but I was at least hoping for a decent looking avocado. I normally love me some Panera but this was awful.

I eat here frequently and for the most part the food is good. Some of the time there is not much meat on the sandwich and the avocados are brown. Unfortunately, most of the things I like have avocado on them. I ordered the egg white and avocado breakfast sandwich to go. I chose to put it on a croissant instead of the multi grain bagel. I did not unwrap it until I got to work. It is really sad that someone is getting paid to serve food that looks like mine did. The standards have really gone down. So much that I hesitate to eat these days unless I don't have time before I leave home. So I took the avocado off the sandwich and cleaned all the brown off of it and then sliced it as it should have been and put it back on the sandwich. The tomatoes wear also mushy but at least they were sliced. There are 2 pictures, one as it is shown on the app menu and mine.
