No rating on service or atmosphere since it was delivery. Some of the worst pizza I have had in a long time. Dried out. No cheese. And it was cold when it got here. Wings were ok so I rated it 2 overall but honestly…. Pizza was never this hard before. What is going with pizza joints in MJ and Lebanon

Worst pizza I have ever had in my life. Ordered from there 3 separate times and each time pizza dough had barely even rose up. Most of the dough hadn't fully cooked. Will never waste money on quality less pizza from this franchise again.

Ordered a large ‘the works’pizza, with half mushrooms.. this most have really thrown them off, 1/4 of pizza had nothing on it. I also ordered cheese pizza and cheesy bread which were fine but I was so disappointed that they even let this pizza go out

I’m truly disappointed by this location, requested delivery only to be told no delivery drivers available an hour after placing the order and not once received a common courtesy call from the manager, totally unacceptable and will never recommend any one to patronize this store!! Corporate office will be notified!!!

This is really the only Papa John's I still enjoy. They do a great job with customer service the food's always on time and in good shape. They seem to keep it consistent staff which is hard to do these days so kudos to that manager.

So then when you go in, they ignore you. I just get the sense that the employees are unhappy so they put little to no effort into making someone’s day better. If you need a basic pizza, this will do.

I ordered pizza a few nights ago. Papa John's was short on driver's,so the food was being delivered Doordash. Well, after two hours of waiting and several phone calls, Papa John's gave me my money back,made me fresh pizza, and finally one of their regular drivers delivered my pizza!
