the food was amazing but the girl who served me was very off putting. she was talking to me about her dog and i gave her some tips bc im a vet tech and then she gave me a dirty look and was rude to be the rest of the day. i'm pretty sure she was the manager too? good food, bad vibes tho.

Asked for the sweet tea on the menu for $2.50. The cashier continues to charge me $3.25 for a hot tea plus $.25 to sweetened it.
I asked her why and she said “they ran out of tea”.

Love this place and the friendliness of the staff—even when they are swamped, they do their best to keep up! ❤️

My favorite Cuban in the city! This location is smaller and a little longer on wait times than the Nashville locations but grateful to have a Red Bicycle closer to home.

My table had ordered at the same time (2 burritos, 2 bagel sandwiches) and after 15-20 minutes only half of our food was received. After I waited another 15 minutes I went to the counter and was met with immediate hostility from the female employees working there.
With a very combative attitude and tone she diminished my concern for the time my food was taking to be made even after the fact that my entire table had received their food. I then waited another 20 minutes for my order, in this time they would fulfill several other orders, including orders that had been placed after ours.
Out of concern I once again went to the counter to ask about the status of my order and was talked to in a very degrading and disrespectful way by the female staff working the restaurant.
This was the first time I had ever been in this establishment and I will never be returning nor would I recommend her due to the uncomfortable, inhospitable, degrading environment that is being set by the employees working there.

We arrived and ordered at 10:11am, Saturday, September 14th. We ordered coffee, two burritos, and two sandwiches. We got our receipt and sat down at the booth closest to the bar.
Around 10:25, Half of the Food we ordered came out and our order name was called. We got the coffee, one sandwich, and one burrito. The hot coffee’s were not hot, but lukewarm…. we didn’t say anything about it. No need to, no big deal.
Around 10:40, we politely asked about the other half of the food… we were met with a pretty combative attitude right out of the gate, and were told they had orders ahead of ours. We were a bit confused by that as we had already received half of the order and ordered it all at the same time. But we accepted the answer without a fuss and sat back down.
For the next 15 minutes or so we continued to see food ordered by people who came in and ordered well after us cooked and served ahead of ours. It felt odd to say the least. We were watching people who came in after us finish their meals while we continued to wait.
Around 10:55ish we asked again, and once again received a VERY combative and rude attitude… we were then told that two separate tickets for our order printed. One at 10:11, one at 10:18 (weirdly under different order names). It is worth noting, at this point they were personally taking the orders to each table, when earlier they had called out our order name for us to walk up and get it.
Around 11:05, we realized half the food had been at our table for roughly 40 minutes and they still were not cooking the rest of our order. Other tables continued to be served before us. At that point, we asked for a refund. Again, the attitude received was rude, combative, and even a bit sarcastic. It felt like once we asked about the food the staff retaliated by deliberately not cooking our food and preparing food for others. Again, we were never even slightly rude to the staff, we just did not want half of us to have food while the other half waited for almost an hour. We have been consistent customers of your establishment for the last six months. We do not plan on coming back, but we do believe you should be aware of the lack of professionalism your staff showed.

Neat little coffee shop nestled in the apartment complex behind Mt. Juliet's train station. Service was courteous and the shop was clean. Outdoor seating, though no umbrellas to ease the heat, was tolerable thanks to a nice breeze between the buildings. Enjoyed a good iced mocha yet the well-plated honey balsamic tacos were unremarkable to my palate. The menu offers a good selection and next time I will try a crepe. Residents will enjoy a nice stroll to the Red Bicycle for refreshments, however non-residents are quite limited on parking. Several cars seemed to navigate the lot quite fast so be aware of traffic when not on a sidewalk. Overall, the RB is worth a try!

The coffee shop posted hours say they close at 3pm. We arrived and were turned away for food. They said they stopped selling food at 2pm. Makes me wonder if management knows this. I drove my niece all the way for their crepes for a special date day. Very disappointing.

Food and service was great! A little tricky to find if you don't live in the apartment/townhome complex, but overall everything was amazing!

I ordered the breakfast burrito which was the best I’ve tried in mount Juliet area so far, and my girlfriend ordered the green tacos and they were both amazing. The atmosphere is very nice and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back there again. Thank you red bicycle for the amazing experience!!

Louise, Cindy and Brooke were so incredibly kind and polite. And then I ordered a grilled cheese sandwich that was delicious. You could tell that they're using real cheese not processed. keep up the great work!

If you haven't been to Red Bicycle lately, or ever, you need to go! What a cute little coffee shop with lots of breakfast, brunch, and lunch options. Our party of 4 all ordered different items today and all were delicious! On top of great coffee and food, the atmosphere and employees were very inviting. Will be back soon!

This place used to be good ...the original in East Nashville. I got the Florentine Crepe & a flower child latte and my son had a tiny muffin with a lemonade. I paid over $20 and the food was flavorless. I was disappointed ☹️
