If you haven't been to Red Bicycle lately, or ever, you need to go! What a cute little coffee shop with lots of breakfast, brunch, and lunch options. Our party of 4 all ordered different items today and all were delicious! On top of great coffee and food, the atmosphere and employees were very inviting. Will be back soon!

I had not been here in quite some time, but it seems nothing has changed from when I worked over in those apartments and tried to frequent this place before .. I waited at the counter for quite awhile with zero acknowledgment from the workers to the human in front of them. Like, just a hey we're a little busy will be right with you goes a long way...once I ordered..it was just a piece of avocado toast because I needed something fast ...there were zero food orders ahead of me and it took twenty minutes for my order to be completed..the egg I added to my toast was cold and over cooked by the time I could eat it.. .My iced latte might have been good had everything been mixed instead of it being strait syrup in the bottom of the cup.. this was just a really disappointing visit.. maybe consider making your menu smaller and more manageable for the tiny staff to keep up with..

We come by at least 1-2x a month and love their seasonal drinks and breakfast tacos. Often positive customer service too.I used to think the crepes were over-priced but once we tried other good food on the menu we started coming back more often!

Parking: It's located inside a luxury apartment complex so parking is usually easy to find but during busy times it can be difficult to find parking... the staff were great and very helpful, the food is cooked to order and I'm not a crape person but the Nashville hot tacos were amazing. The coffee is great whether you like iced coffee or hot... my favorite was the macaroon or a white chocolate mocha hot or iced they're great. They have a large selection of flavors, teas, and food for the whole family and the location is pretty amazing whether you live there or not. It's located right by the pool, inside next to the clubhouse, and they have plenty of space with great internet if just trying to get some work done.Kid-friendliness: They have healthy choices for children and the environment is very kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy to get in and out and wheelchair accessible.

This is my first time to visit the Mount Juliet location. It was almost closing time and the parking lot was still a sheet of ice, but the two employees were so kind. They helped me out and made accommodations for my order, even though they were in the midst of cleaning up and getting ready to go home. I really appreciated it. And my Honey Miel was great.

Went here for the first time today. Female staff member at the counter says, “Oh, just so you know, our kitchen is closed, we are not serving food today due to low staffing.” Her male coworker was just leaning on the counter, busy on his phone. A table next to me was dirty, with plates and utensils, so, at some point, someone had clearly eaten. I decided to then order a coffee, and asked for skim milk. The female staff member at the counter tells me “So you want 2%?” And I then asked for oat milk. For a $7 coffee, it tasted very sour and bitter, and nothing like a coffee. Sad first and absolutely last time I come here.

I actually hate to leave a one star review here bc the times I have come up until recently have always been pleasant and good food/coffee, the recent employees really just can’t keep up. Yesterday I came in on my way home from attending a birth all night, was told it would be 30 minutes for a bagel, a literal bagel…. Ok, they’re busy no biggie, I’ll go home and make one. On my way to the office this afternoon (1:30) I call 15 minutes ahead and ask if they can make 2 coffees to go, they say yes it will be ready in 5-10 minutes, then call back to let me know they are out of lids, so I said no problem I’ll bring my thermoses in. Get there, the barista is chatting with the cook, and then looks at me and says I’ll be right with you, 5 minutes later she says again I’ll be right with you, I finally say I had the two coffees to go, are they ready, she says oh yeah, I haven’t made them yet. So I said well I don’t have time to wait that’s why they were to go orders. And they laughed. No biggie, I can get coffee elsewhere, was just trying to support the local community branch here, but Just Love or Starbucks will gladly make the orders. Customer service still matters, or at least it should.

Wow. Just plain rude. Like.... seriously. I thought I would try it since I had heard good things about it. Possibly it is just this location that has terrible service. I was not greeted, and then when I said "hi!" I was greeted with a "huh?" I asked for peppermint tea and all I got was a headshake indicating "no." I asked if there were any teas and the person seemed so annoyed at having to hand me the tea menu. They do have Mediterranean mint....hmmm. I asked for a gift card. Another headshake. I asked, "So you do not have gift cards?" I got a "what?" in response. I just left. I could not handle the rudeness.
