Well , I really wanted to like it, It was embarrassing! Took my mom for dinner , it was her birthday, food was nothing like it shows in the menu ! Also no flavor, it was like boiled everything! It been a while since we ate there but a while ago food was awesome! Not any more ! Although the server Amanda was sweet but I could tell she didn't get enough training! While we were eating she printed the check and gave it to us, she never asked if we needed something else or if we wanted dessert! Not the best food, not the best hospitality!

This was truly the worst meal I have eaten in a long time. My husband and I split the admirals feast and everything on the plate was cold, the shrimp scampi tasted horrible and had clearly been overcooked and left to sit for a long time. I know this isn’t a steakhouse, so my expectations weren’t high, but the sirloin was so tough it was inedible and had a strange taste -my uncle packed it to take to the dogs . The grilled shrimp was super cold and was just not good. My uncle got the same plate and had the same exact experience.
We are not people who trust sending food back, but for a $57 lunch for 2 of us, I cannot imagine a worse experience.
Please save your money, this restaurant has given up.

Do not get no order from uber eats. Meals will be a kids meal. Crazy you pay over $20 for a meal and get a kids meal. Do better I know y’all broke but I’m a paying customer. Ish sad

We were pleased after returning to Red Lobster in December, and a time after that.. but tonight was a not-so-good. There was at least half of a biscuit at the bottom of my husband's water when it was brought to our table.. how did the sever miss this? .. the Cheddar Bay Biscuits were brown, but they were so doughy on the inside that they couldn't be eaten.. my dinner plate had something red streaked across it, was afraid to let my brain think on this one.. so my shrimp dinner was wasted.. bleh! There were a few more things, but overall, everything seemed "dirty" like in the past. Sadly, we have put our Red Lobster visits back on hold... again.

Honestly I was so disappointed in the experience I had at dinner. Our waitress was just not with it tonight. We sat down for 17 mins before anyone came to our table, then she only came around about every 30 mins, and forgot our drinks twice. Next the food was pretty much just horrible all across the board. The shrimp was over cooked, hush puppies undercooked, soup was cold and chunky, and the lobster tasted like it had been setting out for quite sometime. I’m not sure what caused such a horrible dinning experience because it was not busy by any means. The woman with the pink hair and piercings (wasn’t our waitress) was amazing, I wish we had her. Just recommend not wasting your money on Red Lobster anymore, it’s not worth the price to just get an horrible experience
For years I've loved there shrimp Alfredo but this time it did not taste good because they switched the cheeses. You cannot use parmesan cheese in the sauce it has to be cream cheese and Romano you can tell the difference because the Romano sauce is white and the parmesan cheese is yellow so I was very disappointed with this new preparation.

They quality of the food is not good as the fried flounder is all breading and they have dropped some menu items. Server didn't check to see if we needed anything. We have been eating there for over 40 years and today was the last for us.

The food was amazing. I had my daughter and granddaughter with me. My granddaughter said the steak (they like it well done) was phenomenal. The lovely waitress, Quiana, was super sweet. The best server I've had in a long time. My granddaughter agrees. She was quick, sweet, and quite lovely. She also explained to my granddaughter what butterflying a steak was. So kind. We will he coming back.

Lobster Lovers Duo: lobster meat lacked flavor, and instead of classic melted butter, it was served with some sort of yellow oil. A disappointing dish. The steak and burger were well prepared and rated as tasty. Cheddar biscuits continue to be a high light. We had the Grand Patron Margarita (or similar name). It too lacked flavor and was reminiscent of a cheap happy hour offering rather than the top shelf offering it was billed and priced to be. Kids meals were "kid approved" and proportions were generous. We appreciated the availability of a large booth for our family group.
