Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Dishes sat on tables unbussed for the entire time I was there, which was over an hour. Food was decent, but I was concerned with cleanliness.
Wait staff was friendly but a little forgetful

My husband and I come to this Red Robin aboit once every 6 weeks. We have always been very pleased with the quality, quantity, and timeliness of the good. We've generally had good service, as well.

This past visit, the front host who seated us was very blazé and disengaged. Our server was only slightly more friendly. She seemed unenthusiastic and almost like she didn't want to be there, even though it was only 30 minutes after opening.

My husband and ordered the Blue Ribbon Burger, as always. And requested an additional side of Blue cheese crumbles. When his sandwich arrived, it looked and tasted like it had been hastily put together, instead of being carefully assembled, as usual to maximize the flavors. And the amount of fries initially served with our meal was sad. Maybe 8-10 fries each.
Our waitress walked past our empty fries several times before asking if we wanted a refill.

When we got the bill, my husband noticed he had been charged $2 for the additional blue cheese crumbles. Not that big of a deal, but we were not advised of the up charge when we requested it AND we've never been charged more for it before. My husband has been requesting it for at least 6 months and has never been charged.

We are hoping this was just a one off fluke!

Ate here recently with my partner and it was PHENOMENAL. Our server, Zakee, was super friendly and attentive, even shook our hand as we left. We got an order of the Tsunami Shrimp as an app, and then we each got a gourmet burger. Our burgers came out before our app and the shift lead, Autumn, was generous enough to ensure we received it and was super apologetic about the delivery switch (Which we didn’t care, food is food lol). All around 10/10, and big shout out to Zakee and Autumn!! ❤️

Fries were WAY SALTY, but the teriyaki chicken was good it was messy. The freckled lemonade was okay but it had way to many strawberries.

I have always said I don't like going to dining establishments to party or get festive. I go to eat and hopefully enjoy conversation with my party. If I am alone, then I want peace and quiet (relatively speaking). The musi was loud for my taste. The burger I ordered (not my usual), didn't taste as good as I was hoping. The service was good. The thing that got to me other than the noise they call music, is the price. I paid $17 for a burger. I get that they have overhead, but the price of beef is not that high. I guess we don't put dining into perspective until you are paying way more for something that you used to pay a lot less for. I can get bigger, better tasting butgers for the dame price or less. Nothing against the service. My total bil for 3 people was $70... For 3 burgers and drinks. Last visit for me.

Server was great. Wait time for our food was 45 minutes from time we ordered. Table next to us was sat twice before our food came out. Our server apologized and had the manager comp our meal in price. Then when I tried to eat my chicken tenders , they were so hard I almost broke a tooth. They were not burnt so not sure if were frozen but you could not cut into them either. I asked the server to just take it off my bill. I requested to speak to the manager they were to busy. I attempted to call customer hot line. They don't have one. They have a email site. I used it but no response a month later. I will NOT go back.

I honestly wish the legal age to work at restaurants was 21. Kids are always getting orders wrong and prepare the food poorly...

Here right now and Waitress didn't even check on us...walked to ask the white couple behind us if they were good. then walked right part is and didn't ask if we needed anything. Don't eat here horrible service...worst part they weren't even busy 😡

While the food was really good this star is for the server I had. She literally forgot my drinks then forgot to bring my extra fries and when she did finally bring them they were regular fries not garlic fries like I had ordered and those were 3 dollars more. I've never had such poor service in my life. Not sure I'd go back to this location because of that.

There were about 20 of us and our server was amazing! I had the $10 Tuesday cheeseburger special and it was delicious! Will definitely be back!

I went yesterday and arrived during a tornado warning. Outside, the storm was raging. It looked as if cars were about to be taken by the wind. But inside, they were very nice and welcoming and made us all feel safe. 10/10 would wait out a tornado here again.

Kenny is the best bartender and server hands down! Such a sweet soul and I enjoyed him being our server. Oh yeah and the food was good. I’d go back just to see Kenny again!!
