Salsarita's Fresh Mexican Grill

The store was very dirty. Food quality was cold, old, and burnt. We normally love salsarita’s but will not come back to this location. The worker was very unhelpful and emotionless. I asked for fajita veggies and her response was “we don’t have any they are only made to order” but even tho I was requesting them didn’t offer to make any. The pulled pork was completely burnt and not edible. The Queso was so thick and cold. I spent $20 took one bite and discarded the rest. The only edible item was chips. I was charged $4.50 for chips only for my bowl. Mind you I visited at 6pm on a Thursday- you would expect better quality during a dinner time frame. Management should definitely address this restaurant.

Love this place. Best burrito in the Nashville area—puts other burrito joints to shame. Their ingredients are always fresh and at temp. Service is always friendly! Atmosphere is nice. Restaurant is always clean and tidy. Awesome selection of self serve hot sauces. Love their ground beef. Queso is always fresh, chips are seasoned VERY well. I’ve been in for dine-in and takeout, the burrito always holds up for takeout. Never regretted the choice to eat here!!!

I ordered shrimp tacos i thought they would be pretty good. I had to wait 10mins for them to be prepared they ended up being bland and watery with no flavor. I ordered rice as well it was hard and old. Best thing was the nachos lol

I'm not one to normally leave negative reviews, but this place is disgusting. All of the tables were sticky and seemed like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks, floors were sticky and there were food scraps & stuff everywhere, bathroom was gross and the door wouldn't lock. The grills and food prep area looked to be in pretty poor condition as well. Food was mediocre at best and that is being generous. The owners of this franchise should seriously take a look at their operations and try to be better.

Tried walking in on a Tuesday at 1pm and a very rude worker snapped at me and my friend that they were closed because “they had a busy day”. It didn’t make sense. They opened at 11 and just decided they were too tired to serve us? No one else was in the restaurant. Very confused!

I placed an order on the app like I always do. I placed the order at 12:23 and the app said it would be ready at 12:33. I got there at 12:31 and saw my order wasn’t at the pick up area. So I took a seat and waited a couple of minutes. A family walked in to order. I saw my order still wasn’t ready so I got in line behind the family. By the time the family had finished ordering it was 12:43. I told them I placed a mobile order 20 minutes ago. I was told it had not gone through. I was fine until I received my food. The family in front of me got a generous amount and mine was thrown together. I eat at salsaritas whenever I work nights but now I don’t even want to go back. My meal before I used my rewards was $14 and I feel like if I pay that amount for a burrito bowl it should at least have more than 6 pieces of chicken.

The food was pretty mediocre. I ordered the steak quesadilla, and the meat didn’t seem seasoned—it was bland. The steak portion on my quesadilla was quite small too. The cheese sauce was also quite underwhelming. Not sure if I’d come back.

Food and location is great, service is terrible. Manager was so rude and didn’t make me feel welcome at all. I simply asked if he could add a little more meat than 5 tiny pieces of chicken to the kids meal and he looks at me and said “well it’s a kids meal” So rude. His employee also seemed afraid of him as he demeaned how he made the quesadilla right in front of me. Uncalled for and unprofessional. Bad experience and won’t be back because of this. Will go somewhere that is friendly and actually wants my business

Used MJ Salsaritas for a large catering today. Ordering catering on line was easy. Called a few days later to make a change. Staff was kind and professional. Delivery was on time. Driver was friendly and polite. Food was fresh and delicious. Portions were so large we had lots of left overs.

I Love the chicken Bowls from Salsarita. I get to choose whatever I want it's delicious with fresh ingredients and I love their sweet tea with lemonade.

I have been to this location 3 times. The food is decent enough but the customer service is horrible. I am not one to complain. I gave the benefit of a doubt and went back each time and it has not improved. The manger acts like his day is ruined by your presence and yells at his employees. I understand having a bad day and dealing with the public! It is very difficult! I am just hoping the service will improve and be more friendly.
