2nd time here in past 4 weeks, no ice in drink machine both visits, floors dirty. Not as clean as we have seen this store in the past. Something has changed.

This is the 2nd time within a month that I've went here and the food is only ok. But the main thing is that they have no ice for there drinks. The drinks that come out of the fountain machine are hot. Pretty gross. They have a sign up but you dont really think to look at the machine until you have already paid for your order. Ive always enjoyed this place but seems to me that it would take so long to get a new fountain drink/ice machine. Been well over s month. I would check the machine to see if they have ice before buying a drink.

Place is dirty. No ice, coke dispensed warm beverage. Tables were not cleaned. Staff not friendly. Seemed in a rush even though only 3 customers in building.

Food is pretty good. It's consistent in quality. Service is usually pretty good but the whole restaurant always feels like it has a layer of film over it from odd cleaning that wasn't too thorough.

Worst food ever. Everything has been sitting there for a while all dried out. The rice is dried, hard and chewy like eating sand. Its not even 3.00 PM and if their ingredients are not fresh, I suspect they are from previous day.

Out of containers for catering portions of salsa. Had to wait 20 minutes to find that out. Staff unsympathetic.

Disappointed Experience
Visited Salsarita’s today and was really let down. The food looked like it had been sitting out for way too long — not fresh at all. The steak was extremely dry and tough to chew, like it had been cooked hours earlier and left under a heat lamp. Definitely not the quality I expected after paying $30. Won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Over cooked food, out of everything for dinner and it wasn’t even 6:30pm. 2 females that weren’t employees were hanging out behind the counter not wearing uniforms and hanging out with the employees. BOTH the bathrooms had sticky notes saying out of order on the door. Staff were actively closing down the restaurant in front of us at 6:30 while we were eating our crunchy rice and over cooked steak. Soda machines were noticeably unkept and had no carbonation in the beverages.

First off, they ran out of lids for the drinks. The food wasn’t edible at all. The rice was so incredibly hard to even try to chew. One friend was able to get that nasty food down better than my other friend and I, and he’s the one sick today with food poisoning. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! What a waste of money!

Sauce did not taste fresh, the manager said it wasn’t expired and would not replace taco. I don’t care, expired or not, the sauce is open to all customers and anyone can do anything to it.
One bite out of taco.
She was rude and not friendly.
First time we have visited this location in a few years, quality, cleanliness and customer service is definitely not a priority here
