This place is run by some truly awful people. Rather than pay a competitive wage, they accused their staff of being lazy. Shameful. Literally every restaurant in the area pays more than this place. Why would anyone choose to work here? On top of that the mall is right around the corner, could easily get a job at Target or BestBuy and earn more. The food is ok, the building exterior is hideous, an absolute eyesore. The building is basically abandoned! I remember when there was nothing but nature in this area and it was beautiful. Now it is just another part of the concrete desert. Condemn and tear this place down Mt Juliet!

Owners don't pay a decent wage or treat their employees correctly, then they blame the store's hours on people 'not wanting to work'. Newsflash: nobody wants to work for *this store*. Try higher wages, better benefits and consistent schedules, and you'll get plenty of workers!

The weirdest thing! 2020 we went and had a great sandwich there. I was pumped to drive from the airport to get lunch…but no ordering online. June 2021 I tried to stop on my way back from east tn and you were closed. Disappointed that you are REALLY CLOSED. Great sandwiches BAD location…hard to get to with the constant traffic there!

I have been eating Schlotzkys since the late 70s early 80s. It is my absolute favorite sandwich shop. I was so happy to see this location being built. I am disappointed that it has only been open 1 out of the 10+ times ive tried to eat here. I have all but given up. I understand that the pandemic offered some challenges to business owners but I think its time we pick ourselves up, dust ourselves off and get the hard work done. Please have a grand re opening letting everyone know that you plan on being the best sandwich shop in Mt Juliet for years. Put some sign spinners on MJ road and have some specials to get your product known. Dont go out without a fight. We need sandwich shops with drive thru's to give us alternatives to burgers.

as a texas native, I have always been a fan of schlotzsky's. when one opened in mt. juliet, I was elated, and we have eaten here regularly ever since. however, we went by today and noticed that schlotzsky's and there was a sign stating "closed because no one wants to work." People want to work, but people need a liveable wage, and if Schlotzsky's isn't willing to pay that, then so be it, but don't blame employees. As high school and college kids go back to school, you'll have to pay non-seasonal employees enough to pay rent and bills, but you're blaming people for "not wanting to work" when the reality is that you aren't willing to pay people enough to incentivize them to work at Schlotzsky's as opposed to the many other jobs hiring right now.

My favorite sandwich place and it never disappoints! The food speaks for itself and it's all sweet nothings whispered in your ear! Everything is good but you can never go wrong with their Original Deluxe. Bon appetit!

Is this place ever open?! Love their food, but never make it in time to order because they’re never open. 2/3 times I have tried going the past week they were closed. I understand with Covid that a lot of places are understaffed, but 11-4 is hardly worth even being open for. Was going to get dinner for my family tonight, pulled up at 4:08 and noticed their sign said they had just closed. The hours need to be modified.

When are you even open? How does your business make money? We have been regular patrons at your location since it opened, yet today (Sunday) we arrived around the time you have always opened (11am) and is posted on your hours, to find you must have chosen to not open. Do you run this operation on a whim? You often don’t have menu items and don’t offer the full menu other Schlotzky’s locations do. I hope you all step up the management of your business because your food has always been good.

The sandwiches are great...when they write the correct order. This business was obviously built as a tax write off because they are never open!! Whoever is running this store doesn't seem to care if it makes money or not!! We've gone there about 30 times and have only been able to order twice because it's always closed. We were excited to see this shop coming into MJ...sadly, it's not worth driving to Providence in the goes it'll bff open. Ridiculous hours!!!
